This year has been so packed with entertainment. My favorite year since 2019 ❤.

The first film not having the most known big bad villain in it but teasing it at the end reminded of the ending of “Batman Begins” with the Joker card at the end. Part of the reason why I liked this film, it was refreshing not to have the Shredder front and center for once.

This movie actually exceeded my expectations I absolutely loved it. I’m 17 and dealing with a lot of stuff rn but watching this I felt like I was 10 again no stress or anything I forgot all my problems it was the best.

Also theory, it does seem like it skipped past some of splinters story and only explained his story of becoming a father. So I think there will be some stuff he hasn’t told to his kids yet which might involve splinter

i feel that man i felt the same way when watching it i went on my me day by myself and it’s the first time i’ve felt like a kid in a long time glad you got the same experience

I'm glad this franchise continues to renew itself. I loved it as a kid, and while I haven't been involved in it anywhere near as much as I used to, I see it as great that newer generations get to have fun with it as I did.

I'm so excited that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem Is Getting a Sequel

In the sequel I could see them using the other mutants in the sewer as an example of how ruthless shredder is. As in he kills a few of them which then causes Beebop and Rocksteady to leave but also puts pressure on the turtles relationship

I this is the only movie I’ve watched where I didn’t die from cringe of them saying sus, rizz or saying popular culture references and just that alone gives this movie a 10/10

I think Splinter being a regular rat led to him being more of a father than previous iterations, which led to some of my favorite moments. BUT, excluding the Hamato Yoshi backstory does feel like the movie is missing an integral piece of the TMNT DNA

I have a theory, in the movie splinter has a cut on his right lower ear so what if splinter was a pet to hamato yoshi but was killed by the shredder causing splinter to attack and have a cut on his ear(like in the original) so what if when he attacked shredder, and shredder throws him across the room making him lose his memory so he doesn’t remember being a pet of a martial artist

@@MrDudes22 I don’t really see a cut on splinter’s ear, though if they dive into more of splinter’s origin story it could explain why splinter couldn’t get along with other rats like since if he was a pet rat of Hamato Yoshi, maybe seeing Shredder will trigger him into remembering when he killed his owner and he became an alley rat

I expect Shredder to be the one who betrays The Krang this time, like a swapped version of what happened in the Michael Bay movie.

I think a sequel to Batman vs TMNT should be a definite. The first one was so good! Lots of room to expand!

I really hope that in a sequel that shredder can find a way to manipulate the other mutants like bebop and rocksteady because that could show that shredder will be more than just a henchman

Good job..I always felt like in the 90's cartoon the villians did become the heros after the end of the episode

My biggest issue with this film is the origin. I wish they went the 87 origin but I would have been fine with the 84 origin. And if they wanted they could have done what they did in the film, but he was originally a pet but after his master death he became a normal street rat who was a martial arts master and do that not the book

@@martinheredia5076 I kind of feel humans respecting the turtles is something that should have been something too a while to happen like say the end of a 3rd film not the first one. Especially since they want to do a sequel with Shredder.

I loved this movie. I wish that some of the villains were expanded on a bit more and wish the turtles origins were slightly different but other than that I don’t have complaints besides minor nitpicks. I loved all the anime references and I hope Casey Jones is in the sequel because I feel his character could work really well with the direction the first one went.

Thank you 3C for pointing out the Splinter/Jackie Chan inspired fight scene!! That was one of my favorite-est parts! The whole movie was Radical! That's how you do a Ninja Turtles Movie!!!! 🐢 🐢 🐢 🐢

As much as I did love this movie as a newer TMNT fan some of the mutants like Mondo Gecko, Wingnut, and RAY FILLLEEETT I feel like we’re charming enough to stay as good guys but having Bebop, Rocksteady, and Leatherhead good just felt out of character like they should remain bad guys. Hell Bebop still has the turtle shell shoulder pads which always signified that he was a turtle hunter

Dude, I absolutely love this movie. It may be my new favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. I love how they were finally excepted into society are finally able to go to school that’s something we’ve never seen before

I just took my family to see this movie yesterday and holy crap it was money well spent. 10/10

Shini joined the Foot Clan when she was 10 years old and on her first day she met Karai. They were assigned to be sparring partners and that lead to them eventually becoming best friends.

I actually liked how they learned Ninjitsu from KZread. It's sure as hell of a lot better than learning from a Japanese book. But my favorite style of origin was from the 2012 series.

I think a way they can do Shredder is make it where he already hates the Turtles because Shredder has a disfigured face, and was ridiculed for it as kid, meanwhile the turtles are monsters but are treated like normal people

I loved TMNT 2007, the Leo vs Raphael fight was one of the best hand to hand animated fights I’ve seen. I loved how the turtles were actually strong unlike the new one where they are just really scronny.

I feel once shredder is involved they will turn to shredder’s side and BeepBop & Rocksteady are at odds because they have a relationship with the turtles but now they are against them due to personal differences that sides them with Shredder

Loved the movie. There was some scenes I didn’t care for or story setup, rocksteady and Beebop living with the turtles now (they were main villains I watched growing up lol). Splinter freeing the kids from being milked, was a great sequence (reminded me of Jackie Chan fighting in his old movies, since he voiced splinter)

The most insane thing about this movie is the fact that there’s an actual kill count. Splinter legit kills a guy. What I think they could do with the villains in movie 2 is being in someone like Tiger Claw or Karai. Maybe Shredder doesn’t work for the Utrom. Maybe he’s a bounty hunter they know of or something like that? Idk. Also, what if some of the mutants turn on the Turtles for a “better life” that shredder could promise them.

Imagine this: Bebop & Rocksteady start to have resentment towards the Turtles. The Turtles are above ground, enjoying there lives among humans, that Bebop & Rocksteady leave the lair @ nite & have a run in with the Shredder. The Shredder promises them a better life and they kidnap Splinter when the Turtles are out 🤔

I love that shredder is like a bounty hunter like Kraven the hunter it just feels more terrifying and intimidating against someone who actually has better ninja fighting skills sorta like avengers vs thanos 🤩❤️

Ngl i dont think shredder is gonna be treated like a henchman. I think hes gonna be treated like a hitman in a way where shredder is given a task to get the turtles with his army the footclan. Kinda like how they treated dr. Eggman in the first sonic movie

I have been a tmnt for a long time and I see different takes of the characters but this movie right here definitely had me emotional in a good way I enjoy the movie and can't wait to see more tmnt stuff, especially Mutant Mayhem

Lol I am also thinking the professor is still alive but barely and is using him to be the actual Superfly. I would love to see somehow Tigerclaw! I grew up watching the tmnt cartoon show & seeing that we’ll possibly have krang AND the shredder in the sequel ? That sounds so awesome!

I started my love of the turtles in 87 with cartoon. Ive seen all the shows and movies and Ive read most of the comics. I really like this iteration. Im not sure how the new tv show will turn out but im excited to see what comes with the sequels

One thing that I think they should do is have a villain theme for shredder like death in puss in boots and the prowler and spider man 2099’s theme

Hope my favorite Hockey masked vigilante is in the sequel, he’s literally me. But overall the film is a 9.5/10

I saw this movie and I loved the teenager aspect because I’m a teenager and I can relate.

I swear, if this film doesn' get nominated for an Oscar...

Commenting before finishing the video because I'll totally forget, but I wanted to say as someone in martial arts, I recognized a lot of videos similar to what our taekwondo studios do for students and they release at home practice sessions, follow along instructionals, and full on step by step lessons. In the clips of the turtles and splinter watching it did show more than just movies, they were also watching different classes and lessons and from the looks of it multiple different martial arts as well. So I guess my point is they didn't do much just learn from watching movies and TV but actually followed lessons which go at least through the ATA where I train, you can start online with white belt basics all the way up through black belt training (can't achieve getting the belts but you can learn to do everything) Every time we test for our next belt, I jump on KZread and find out what my next form is going to be and try to get a jump start on learning it before I get into the studio 😅 I thought it was cool they learned that way honestly because that's what I do before I get into my actual class

I trust them with shredder purely due to that scene with superfly and the turtles in that party place that makes him come off super intense , also the action scenes were great

Yeah if they can make superfly feel like a dark and menacing character imagine what they can do with Shredder’s character

The *only* thing I hate about the movie is the Hamato Yoshi erasure once again and the way they learn ninjutsu, like that's two big film iterations in a row where Splinter has no ties to him. Like I understand why he couldn't be Yoshi here since this Splinter hates and fears and doesn't understand humans, but why couldn't Splinter be Yoshi's pet? It wouldn't be too big of a deal if the Turtles weren't going up against *real* ninjas constantly, and I guess there's no other ninjas in this movie (unlike the Bay movies) so it doesn't matter, but like someone like Shredder, who's teased, going up against a kid who learned to use swords on KZread is a joke. (It would definitely add to Splinter's loneliness and fear of other people, and it makes it so much more emotional when the first people he's met since his master's death who don't hate him, who love him, are his new son's. BUT, then again, he could've never told his son's about Yoshi so they never questioned him about humans being evil and stuff; and the KZread and movie stuff was just a clever trick to get his son's invested in their learning but truthfully he knew it already because his former owner was a ninja.

I wonder who would voice Shredder,I think either Tony Leung or Micheal B Jordan would be great Shredders,I can imagine Idris Elba as Shredder but I don't think it'll happen due to him being attached to the Sonic franchise

i was really trying not to laugh when attack on titan was a main plot point for beating superfly and loved that it was in there

I think Splinter probably had SOME experience mimicking Hamato Yoshi and probably had a past life in Japan that he just didn’t mention so that they could focus more on that stuff and the foot clan in a sequel

They could add that supposedly after the Shredder killed his master, Hamato Yoshi, he gets on a boat and then gets off when he gets to NYC I feel that could be a option on him getting from Japan to NYC

I need to see me some Rat King in this trilogy! My favourite gag in this movie was something so small... in the end credits: "Introducing Paul Rudd" Loved the Reznor/Ross score too.

It would be cool to see them be the older more experienced more classic looking turtles later on and having that emotional connection with them. Its really cool

It does felt similar to Rise Of The TMNT where the Turtles did watch some kung fu movies particularly Lujitsu movies but there is a reason why because Splinter in that’s series IS Lou Jitsu who IS Hamato Yoshi but decided to leave the Hamato clan just overcome the loss of his mother

This is a great movie as my family and I say it yesterday. We loved the brothers interaction and how the bad guys as well. Gecko was great and Splinter was amazing with the voice of Jackie Chan. We cannot wait for the TV show and then the sequel with the Shredder.

Chris I think for the villains, they’ll eventually end of having differences and split up again and go right back to their ways, and I mean since super fly was someone they grew up with they could end up feeling betrayed again and cause them to go back bad.

Anytime chris does a review i love how the face he makes in the thumb nail is his real reaction or opinion to the movie everytime, so yano this movie is good

Well, if The Mutant Mayhem series is running out of villians...They can always bring back classic villians from 1987, 2003 and 2012. Villians like: 1] Dogpound 2] Tokka 3] Fish Face 4] Spider-bytez 5] Snakeweed 6] Spy-roach And many villians that appeared from those Great iterations!

Hopefully we get casey jones in the next movie. And maybe he doesnt trust them at first but then goes on to vibe with Raph on the hockey (or another sports) team or sum and then becomes their ally. They were always an underated duo that i enjoyed since their personalities are very similar.

I think Casey Jones might be on the wrestling team with Raph and they’re going to become friends.

I was really happy everyone lived to see the end of the film. I got worried for a second there when supafly was smacking them around so badly. My biggest problem with the film was best shown in the first 5 minutes or so with those long awkward bits of dialogue explaining what was going on instead of showing it.

That vomit scene was absolutely hilarious!

I think like you said in the video some of the other mutants may get persuaded to go against the Turtles as they would probably have very boring lives down in the sewer BUT I don’t think it would be all of them

Utrom is the name of the species of aliens that krang is from. Not the name of the suit. Also originally in a test screening for a the movie. Shredder was going to be a mutant that cynthia has in a tube and would have had more of a monstrous look

I just watched it for my bday and it was amazing, the animation amazing, the story they changed some things but they are always going to do it differently so I'm fine with that, the movie to me was really good. I'm so excited for whats to come.

tmnt 2 could even show us the brothers splitting up. a big argument could do down and they go their own ways and focus on themselves and maybe take a break from the ninja life, and work on their teenage aspect, like drivers ed, studying for school exams, etc.

About the origins bit, i was hoping/expecting they would eventually reveal that Splinter lied about how he learned martial arts, like maybe they could have given Superfly and Splinter some kind of history

As soon as I saw Cynthia Utrom I knew she was part of the Kraang because of her design.

I feel like it’s an interesting choice to emphasise the teenage aspect and lack the ninja aspect that direction could maybe just come off as generic high school movies but with the turtles doesn’t sound too exciting but who knows they could still do it well

Honestly, as a Ninja Turtles fan this really knocks it out of the park for me. Ive been waiting for a new Ninja Turtles movie for a while now, but this may have been the best movie since the 1990 live action and the 2007 CGI movie

I feel like you should give a review on the 2012 tmnt series. That’s one of my personal favorite ninja turtles but that’s cause I grew up with it lol, so I just wanna know your thoughts

Possibility in the sequel one of the mutants like bebop and rocksteady might go fro their own ways along with one of the mutants and they both might work for shredder in the sequel
