Turtles forever is a slightly even more edited cut than the North American release, I’d suggest picking up the original release if you can find for a good price. The original PAL release (specifically here in the UK) was where you could watch the full uncut version. The only reason the cuts happened with the North American was because of commercials in the North America during airing. This is my favourite TMNT show next to TMNT 87 at least in regards to the first five seasons. (I was 17 when 2003 started).
Did you know that May's 4Kids Dub voice from Pokémon she voices April O'Neil in this show?

And actually I looked up about the turtles forever movie and they said that they have no plans to give the US the uncut version so import region 2’s version especially if you want the appropriate cover

I would get this and just replace the turtles forever 70 minute full screen movie with the region 2 79 minute widescreen version as long as you have a region free player
