@@marwatson7408 exactly, Doctors can work at more than one location inside a hospital/ surgical center system. They can also work at other hospitals. Also, if he was licensed in TX, he might have been able to practice in other states as well. He was greedy and I bet his malpractice was applied to other healthcare facilities and in other states. Those organizations aren’t going to volunteer to investigate into that unless they are forced to.

Like the ones who refuse any type of pain management after people get extremely painful surgeries, or refuse any pain treatment for cancer patients - because other Drs are also evil but choose to hide it more. There are also doctors who lie and tell you to take a medication, but either don't tell you the side effects AT ALL, or intentionally leave out any dangerous side effects of it, knowing that it will irreversibly harm you.

Sounds like he is accused of tainting the IV fluid bags with Epinephrine (Adrenaline in other English speaking nations). It is a cardiac stimulant and vasopressor, I.e. depending on dose will increase heart rate and blood pressure. Excessive doses can lead to life threatening cardiac dysthymias (Ventricular fibrillation or tachycardia), stroke or extreme hypertension. It is extremely unusual for a doctor in any hospital or facility to be collecting IV bags, they would usually ask a nurse or assistant to get it for them while they are focused on more important tasks relating to the patient.

It costs far more to get a death penalty case carried out than it does life without parole. And it keeps the killer’s name in the news as they keep dragging the victim’s family back into court throughout the lengthy appeals process. Life without parole protects the public and they are forgotten about. The end result is the same in that they never leave prison alive. Also the conditions on death row are actually much better as crazy as that seems. The death penalty is the biggest waste of time, resources and money. It’s not like many sentenced to death ever face execution as most die of natural causes. I’d rather see money go towards the victim’s family and crime reduction efforts.

this is legit why i am scared to go to the doctor or have to be hospitalized for any reason. there are way, way too many medical k!llërs in hospitals who do things like this and get away with it. i really do not like putting my life in someone else’s hands and when my mom was hospitalized i was calling everyday checking up on her so that they would know she wasn’t just alone. never ever go into a hospital and just assume people have your best interest at heart because there’s some weirdos who go into medicine with god complexes…

We're not supposed to, but it's commonly done. When I was a medical student, a lot of the residents did it and everyone, including the faculty, knew about it. Some even encouraged it because you wouldn't have to call in sick. I've done it myself. It's actually very safe. If you do it reasonably slow, you can avoid any issues and those issues are extremely rare. Probably more rare than having a heart attack because you are jogging. That is unless someone sabotage the bags.
