Thank you for reacting to Prince Dimash once again.😉👍 Prince Dimash has always been 100% in all his performans. Mainly because "Dear" are his family so he gives his best in every show. From what I understand you are studying to become an opera singer, in this regard I must say that despite your young age you are very wise to want to listen to Prince Dimash because you can learn a lot from him. From my experience I can tell you that listening is the first teacher for anyone who makes music whether it is a musician or a singer ... and listening to performers like Dimash helps a lot. Thanks Aaliyah. Such a sad story - Yoshiko was almost executed. Thought I preferred his acapella Japanese version but on relistening to the Chinese version with you, don't want to compare - both are amazing. He captivates me every time - quickly creating a character/atmosphere, and drawing you in.

The quality of Dimash is impressive so that without knowing Chinese, the song shakes you and, together with the introduction that explains the context, you almost forget that he sings in a language very different from the one one is used to. Take a look at "Canción del Sur" by Los Jaivas (video made in Antarctica in 1977). You can almost feel the cold and loneliness of the frozen landscape through the melody. Yes Aaliyah her story was sad and what happened was terrible but what was the situation during world war to what did the Japanese do to 1 million Chinese as well as Filipino..we know the story but the result that was created was hatred towards them at that time... So yeah the emotion is understandable plus by hiding her identity she decieved the Chinese...so that's what made them more angry at that time. Hatred is bad but that was the sign of the times
