I love it! Nothing moves therapy more than bringing the action into the room, and not just talking "about" it.

I did some studies in psychodrama when I was in graduate school and loved it. It's so evocative yet universally healing to those who witness the dramas. There's something rich about psychodrama that makes the current quick fix approaches seem so sterile and isolating by comparison. One of the problems is that most insurance companies don't like to pay for group therapies and it takes a lot of space for therapists to do groups but they are a great way to broaden the healing experience. I think we should do them as theater with audiences who also participate in various scenarios. Powerful and HIPAA be damned.

Basically letting go of fear allowing ones inner potential to grow without the resistances of negative emotions. This is a technique I understand but have not tried might give it a go for fun.

Great demo! It really helped me understand how psychodrama works beyond what I've read. I also very much related to what he chose to share and each of his parts. His solution also touched me, and is giving space within me for choices and shifts that I need to make at this time in my life as well.
