Since I found Teddy on Spotify I listen to no one else. I’m 64 and maybe not your demographic but when music and lyrics speak to you, age, gender or genre just don’t matter. Stay on your path, you got this. ❤

I'm 56 and love him too! I think he's one of those artists who crosses those demographics and crushes them. Music has this effect when it feels like it's being manipulated into something it's not.

He doesn’t get the recognition he deserves!!! His voice is so unique!!!!❤❤

To soon! he has just conquered the whole of Europe with a fabulous tour! I'm from the Netherlands; he had 2 top 3 hits here, and his album is slaying the charts. In the UK he has just become a hot commodity. People are paying over 5 times the usual ticket price to see him in concert! Next year, he'll be playing the Big Arena's, for sure!

DUDE.......I NEVER comment but.... I'm a 61 year old mom of 2 grown kids and grandmom of 4. I play an acoustic Ibanez custom inlaid mother of pearl and abalone neck. Was a mom and accountant....now I just play for hours each day and sing and shit. I find you to be so authentically y...and I'm lovin it all man. EAT IT UP

Teddy you are amazing! You remind me so much of my husband that past in 2010. He and I would sing and dance and just enjoyed life and when he passed, I didn't want to listen to music anymore and quit singing. I was watching the Kelly Clarksons show and you brought me back. Thank you. I sing your music every morning on my way to work. It feels so good to sing and dance again. I love your song Broke. It cracks me up and I just love it. so my understanding from listening to multiple interviews with him about this topic, and this song was that he was with somebody he loved and the relationship was partially built off of using drugs together, and the best feelings that they had together were using drugs and connecting on so many levels physically and what not and it just seemed like it was something very toxic and that was going to end badly so that's my understanding of the whole situation I just know bless your heart for coming out on the other side clean and doing better whether or not you're clean you're definitely healthier and I hope you stay on the straighten path and get your act together because we need you for so many souls in this world mine included listening to you in this interview when you said you don't know that you want something so bad until you get out of the other thing that you're in use substances to make yourself feel better or numb and going to the withdrawal sucks but when you get on the other side, the realization of being clean and feeling so good is something that you want more than the substance abuse and I remember that feeling and thinking about it when you said that gives me hope for myself because I know that's what I want.

Don't bring up the past of someone so much sometimes people really are trying to fix their life and they don't need someone always bringing the stuff back up once is enough just be happy with them enjoy their happiness with them let them have their enjoyment. And love them for.fixing their wrongs...just bless them daily..

@@deborahthompson8370 I'll try to be polite by saying you must be lacking some sense in your head because the reason he made the song and put it out for the world is because he wanted people to understand specific problems and hopefully how to avoid them bye understanding what he's gone through so the whole reason is for someone to maybe learn from his mistakes and not go through what he did . not only that the interview they're literally talking about it and the interviewer is asking him this question so for you to say don't bring up the past about a subject that is literally about the past is hilarious. I'm not sure if you're all there in the brain but I think you should gather all the information of a situation before you start saying what people should or shouldn't say because you're just going to sound crazy.

I didnt have a great start in life, bad life as kid and even worse when becoming a teenager. Things never went my way, and all choices i take turns wrong. 30 years later i found this women, strange enough she is 16 years older. However, what we had was true and real and finally i found something happy in my life. Last week we had a conversation and she couldnt handle that i was so much younger, cause when she gets older she thinks i will cheat and find another and she will be all alone. Again, i finally find something i would hold on to my dear life and it slips. Hello alcohol

Teddy I am a therapist. It is our job to care about you. It's a therapist seems to be uncaring you have the wrong one but most are caring. That's why we get into this business. Do it. You will not regret it. Oh and if you don't connect with one just save it I'm not connecting with you and find another one.
