Nice job. I add a few pieces of ribbon to bottom of a balloon and attach it to his hand so it looks like he's carrying them. Like you said, you can add different things to change up the look.

I have the purple electric pump as well. Everyone has the pink & I wanted one different & purple is my favorite color. My daughter is using the Classic Winnie The Pooh theme so this tutorial is perfect. I just did a balloon arch for her wedding reception a couple months ago & it looked so great!

Can I ask a question? I was curious, do you go back to the event to get your pole/columns? Or do they keep them? I’ve been doing columns without a pole which is very time consuming & I just ordered 2 columns. I only do arch’s & columns for family & close friends/neighbors but I’ve had others ask to hire me. But, do you go to the events when they’re over for your columns back?

It depends how far it is for me to drive back…. I always include the price of the lamps in my quote so if i have to leave them is not a big deal to me. If it is close by then ill go get them…

When you use a stand or a lamp stand for a client do they keep the stand or do you go and pick it up?

They keep it unless they don’t want it… i price the $ of the lamp in my quote. It depends if it is worth for me to go get it …. Delivery is expensive and gas prices are way up.

Maybe I missed it, but how did you tie your 260's at the top of the stand?

I just tied them to the pole with a regular loop and knot

I didn’t. I just tied the arm ad head to the lamp and helped the legs by sitting him on balloons

I know I ask so many questions 😬How much do you charge for two columns like theses? Do you charge for the bear & pole as well? If this question is personal, I apologize. I’m just trying to figure it all out. 💞

Depends, are you doing this as a rental only? or selling the whole thing? if selling the whole thing, then the price of the materials like the bear and pole needs to be included so that you don't lose any money OfCourse. so add up all your materials, how much time it takes you to make it and how much you want to get paid for that time and that will be your final price. always think of making a profit.

I wish I knew...lol there is no one in my area that makes balloon bouquets or even garlands. I can't even find anyone in other areas that price their balloon projects online.

Can you make the piece a day in advance? How long do the balloons stay up?

You can make this 3 days in advance… all of the balloons are filled with air so they will last. But keep it indoors not exposed to the outdoors otherwise the balloons start to oxidize
