Bread flour 300g, Instant dry yeast 6g
42g sugar, 6g salt
145g cold milk, 1 cold egg
50g room temperature butter
streusel Recipe (Crumble Recipe)
75g room temperature butter, 22g peanut butter.
90g sugar, 15g starch syrup, 1g salt
15 g eggs
150g all-purpose flour, 3g baking powder
coated chocolate
white chocolate
When using a stand mixer (depending on the stand mixer specifications)
1. Add all ingredients except butter.
2. Mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
3. Mix 5-6 minutes on medium speed
4. Add butter.
5. Mix 5-6 minutes on medium speed
When using a stand mixer, use cold water and milk temperatures.
