Actually the VP can not enact the 25th alone. It does take the VP and the majority of the cabinet, then a 2/3 vote by each house of Congress. Which it should be difficult to remove a seated President. Otherwise we run the risk of becoming a nation of bloodless coups. @@user-jv7tx9dz7f
