They've greatly reduced the big gap then between them & Samsung.

I won't spend money on the phone that does not give a software update if the new adriod version is available, always compelling you to buy a new phone. Apuu samsung all the way. What annoys me is those nonsense ads that keep popping up when you use tecno phones

Samsung photos are more natural where else the Tecno over saturates some shots but all in all Tecno have made major strides to get where they are now i would choose the Samsung for camera 💯

Hands down, I will choose the Tecno 30 Premier. But I have second thoughts because I am very particular about long-term updates and security of the phone. Changing phones is something I don't usually do easily, which is why I have apprehensions. I’ve been using my iPhone XsMax for almost 6 years now and I still like it, but the securities and updates will soon end. I am going for Nothing Phone 2a, because I like the feels on the phone and though it has less year of securities and updates… reading and seeing in videos how it was thought of and conceptualized and how it was built, is so securing. I feel very at home. But in my country, its easily sold out with 256 gb variant. There now comes in of my planning to buy either Tecno Camon 30 Premier and Samsung Galaxy 55 5G.

But the Tecno blows the Samsung out of the water no doubt when it comes to performance

Camon 30 don't have gorilla glass it's a regular glass, that's one of tecno flaws on the camon

for me the camera on Samsung still way better. thats experience and optimalization matter. you can lose on paper but not on real result. look at the photo, samsung take great image with more colorfull, bright and sharp. skintone also more accurate. video, no debate at all. cheap chinese phone never looks good 😂

Tecno crew working so hard,but Samsung is a superior brand in terms display and durability.Samsung's one UI display makes the display on the phone beautiful.

​@daviddave6716 Absolutely: in Europe, Africa Middle East and many Asian countries Galaxy S flagships are sold with Exynos 2400. Only Galaxy S sold in South Korea, China and North America are powered by high end Snapdragon chips which makes Galaxy S Exynos powered users very mad against Samsung.

This time no iphone camera design. Is like a 1+ phone. Did Tecno not cheat

Tecno Cameras are good but not consistent unlike Samsung while Samsung camera improves with every update A55 is actually comfortable in hands , the tecno is solid but wont survive several falls.
