If it's the awkwardness of dancing, even alone as quietly as possible lol, I get it. If you watch some clips of no music overlay dancing, they make sounds with their feet. There is no perfect solution. But I just jig often. You know how some people will just dance a bit whenever there's like nothing going on at work or their cooking in the kitchen waiting for the meal, etc? To get the blood flowing again/have fun? Do the v-step, it's a "crip walk" move I think but once you start there you can introduce some light shuffling, very small hops to not have the bobbing head, and flow into other styles mixed with what you know. By then you might feel comfortable dance practicing alone. Improving more and more.

Hey!!! shout out to my man!!! Homo Erectus, he is the one who started this trend of using two legs!! So back in the days we used to chill on the trees. There was this guy who was chewing some leaves and one day he climb down and like start to walk with no hands, that was wierd funny and we all diss him, screming some shits like "you will fell"!!! Wwwaahhh ho ho and stuff... After that he was able to pick some sticks and stones. Later the rest of us, let's just say we kind divided, me and other guys started to do the same, using the legs, you know, and now we can dance! Looking back, Erectus was a visionary!

This popped in my recommended literally 10 years after I watched this.

These teens have the best childhood. They are so lucky to have each other. The times before smartphones.
