Finally, after 12 years I've found it again! I vaguely remembered the melody, but I couldn't find the name of the song. Geez, I was 8 years old when I heard this on my dad's windows xp pc. Fast forward to the present, currently 20 years old, this made me shed a few tears of happiness :')

The world hasn't really gotten any worse. Probably even better. But the internet really took a steep path downhill. Was better back then when it was just us nerds and some scientific communities (also nerds).

It was the begin of summer 2010. Excited to finally start my vacation, I hopped on RuneScape and had some of the happiest moments of my life, just playing a game for hours, days, weeks in a row. These songs will always be nostalgic.

I really believe this song could be seen as a pilar of early internet. If you start searching for it, it's everywhere ! Moonlight shadow is relevent in the Trance community, but also in the Nightcore community, that song was blast in rave years ago, it was also use as oppening for old gaming video and I could go on and on. Everytime I think about it, it blow my mind, how could a song mean so many diferents things for so many different person all around the world ?

Awe memories. I learned this song from the trance version and ended up surprising my mom I could also sing with her when it randomly came on the radio in original song format. It turns out it's one of her favorite songs that don't play as often on the radio. She was like:" How do you know this song? I think her thoughts went like this; I have never played it for you or told you about it." and I was like:" I know a different version of it, it goes a little faster, so that's why my timing a bit off. Kids these days dont appreciate the number of hours put into perfecting this song on DDR back in the day.

00s music (include hardstyle,techno or handsup)were mostly trance based. That's why it was good and made tons of great songs. This musics mostly had less vocals and conveyed emotions with electronic sounds. It was really beautiful era
