No not anymore. Currently based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee
Excellent pointers. I still struggle consistently keeping arms straight. The conclusion I infer from your focus on comfort is no free handstand practice until you have become comfortable at the wall. Correct?

I wouldn’t say no freestanding worth. There’s not really any simple answer, because you do want to expose yourself and start acclimating to the higher level skills. That being said, if you do it too much or too soon, you may be slowing down your progress and even building that habits. But in generally I don’t necessarily believe in a street progression of one thing to another. I think it’s good to have a little bit of overlap between skills. That being said, if you haven’t addressed things like your elbows in your basic Handstand holds, that’s usually the first thing that’s going to start to be affected when you start to add additional complexity like balance
