I think these plants are very acidic, what ingredients do you add to neutralize the acid so people can consume them? Nice video!
Yes red snail we called "Jhola Sawmka" and elephant yam it's called "Bhuchi" in my language and both is so delicious recipe. And it's healthy for blood and eyes.
