HOW DO I ASJUST BUMO STOP.? My ride was diled in, but now my wife has gained a lot of weigh, When pounding hard in the whoopies, I feel my stroke length is now shortend significantly by her rump-stop. How do I get diled in again? You guys are great..

Tuning them was a bit pre mature since there were not enough shock tools to let us take them apart and tune them. Now that we have those tools it has gone great. Killer ride quality and we have sold out of them. Just waiting for another batch.

The blackhawks have some cool features. But not all of them are tunable by us yet due to parts and tools. At this point the Fox Shock is better when it comes to dialing it in for your needs.

Will they ever make shocks for an r max 1000?

Why do I not get setting instructions with turbo r spring kit? I called in and they gave them to me but I got 2 different answers as to flipping the rear divider or not.

Walkers are normal and Fox are flipped.

@@ShockTherapyllc that’s crazy I called they said flip it. I call back cuz it didn’t look right and it was 1-1/2 from crossover he says ok im sorry only the 4 seat gets flipped so I went out and redid them. Now you are saying donit again and flip them wow

I’d say to help everyone else maybe send some instructions this is crazy I get redo the work for a 3rd time and now the preload and crossover measurements have to be wrong I’m completely I’ll call back again.

@@jamaster6040 Have you seen the inside of these? It’s nuts how much work goes into making them, let alone the insane amount of design work. This is cheap compared to dirt bike suspension or road car shocks, and those are way simpler inside. Yes, $6k is a lot of money but my god they cost a lot to make.

What do u do if u have ride command and wanted to try these? Do u just leave the plugs unplugged, or would u need bypass plugs to plug into harness so u don't have codes. Or this really hasn't been a thought

Ride command is not an issue. Dynamix would be. I would not recommend an shock change if you have an electronic shock package.

@Shock Therapy llc that's what I ment. Most likely someone would probably have to come up with a plug to trick harness like they were still plugged in, if u wanted to run these shocks

Question for y'all, I have a 2019 RZR XP 4 1000, and it's terrible absolutely terrible in the choppy stuff, which is 90% of Michigan's trails. I haven't seen a groomed trail in years, it's so bad that's it has broken my back roof mounts, and other various plastic covers like the factory speaker covers, every place where it bolts to the door is broke. What are my options? How long would it take for me to send you guys my shocks and completely re valve em and do your spring kit. I've done the tender spring kit with little to no change, removed sway bars. No change. It's absolutely awful. And every trail we ride is choppy.

Our shock work is always an appointment system that we turn around same day. So if your scheduled for next month on the 15 th then we need the shocks here the day before and we do the work and mail back to you on the 15 th. Michigan is about a three day UPS. The best thing you can do for chop is full spring kit with shock internals. But you should consider a few more things. Often tire choice creates issues. Too strong a sidewall or square tread can create more or worse chop feeling. Also wheel offset or wheel spacers accentuate this big time. Call the shop and send us pics of your rig. We may be able to help with more than just the shock and springs👍🏼

@@philturinsky27 we are about two weeks out. Big horn and stock wheel with no wheel spacer are not an issue. Probably shocks are internally blown. That’s a super rough ride when that happens and you can’t see it. 👍🏼

Currently they don’t offer those but soon they will. I’m pretty sure they will be 2.65 front and 3” rear.
