    @santoshvantaram you r 100%√ but the problem is initial 5-6 yrs ypu r essential wasted energy for very low salary and they tend to grow only after that if u switch regularly. So the window frame actually is only 10yrs for savings

    Actual reality in IT, companies not preferring more than 10 years experience. Because companies don't want pay high salary, they prefer 5 to 8 years experience

    This 2023 year nearly 6 lakhs CSE/IT branch passouts students as freshers are coming out for jobs from both Telangana and Andhrapradesh states from Engineering colleges. Every year students are taking CSE/IT branch only for software other than core branches.

    Reality is recession in UK and US. Dollar funding is cut doen and so only important jobs are there.. and so IT companies are recruiting people with less experience as they cannot or will not pay high salaries

    IT jobs depends on need of market always try to update the employees as per their requirements. There is no use and won’t help any one by interviewing such persons.

    In India, the problem is that there are few jobs and excessive supply. Solution: as of now there is no solution. But if possible Migrate, Migrate Migrate..... to other countries. In India you should be in top 5% of the students to get 40k, after expenses one will save 20k. Still your job is not secured as thousands are waiting to replace you. In other countries, as the competition is relatively less and there is a better job security, and a better pay. Average guy can be settled well with a decent salary. Or if you do a part time job for 20 hours pw one can save 50k per month. These days there is a cry that they are not getting jobs there; it is not because Canadiens or British are competing with you , again, its because of excessive competition by desi people only.

    @@rajeshk8083 Shortage of part-time jobs is not because Canadiens, British competing for these part-time jobs, its because of excessive supply of desi students only. If 25 lakh go abroad every year its difficult to get part-time. But still there are chances of saving more relatively than in India.

    In india 51 lac IT employs are there and 63k is close to 1% work force. I think its not a significant number to consider. We should also consider new offers made to freshers and those laid off. So its not so bad as depicted.

People those who started workimh on mainframe they are baout tk resihnthier jobs aswell and i domt think any one who adopt one technology will work on same through out his career he takes up various roles in his journey like this guy. So new peope thise who come in market definatekg they will have new adopted technologies...!! Loosing jobs sdoesnt mean only technology factor it means some percentage have been moved to newer technologies and existed technologies sti needed to migrate the legacy systems. Current market situatiion is not bcoz of techologies its because no scope to improve the producta due to budget and inflation and no funds to start new projects.
