This is genius -- thank you so much! I'm using this to create a content creation / review calendar for work. The formatting is great -- and numbering the days of the week with a formula is a huge time saver.

Hello Mahnia. Thanks for watching. I'm glad to hear you liked it. You can adjust the size of your calendar easy. First select the print area you want printed, and then go to the "Page Layout" tab and click on the "Print Area" button. Then click on the "Size" button and select the size you need. Finally, on the bottom right of the "Page Setup" group in the same tab you will see a small arrow pointing to the bottom right. Click on it to display the "Page Setup" window. In the "Scaling" section of the "Page" tab you will see the "Adjust to" button. Adjust the size of your print out until you are happy with it. I tried 135% and it fits an 8 1/2 x 11" sheet. Now, your printer, row heights and column widths will be different than mine, so just keep adjusting. If you want my file, I can email it to you. Just send me your email address. Thanks for watching.

Challenge - I have a spreadsheet that has events in columns and rows, but I want to auto-populate an excel based calendar, without having to cut and paste the values into the calendar. Auto-update of the spreadsheet changes would be a good bonus. I actually have to do multiple months, but If I can get one month to work. I can sort the spreadsheet into months and work it one month at a time. Thank you
Hi. I’m trying to create a 365 day daily diary. I’m using 365 sheets in a workbook the main data is already copied in, I have sixteen people’s events to put in on each day. Some details require dates for future events put in. I’m hoping that the information can then carry over to the specific date of the appointment when that day arrives. Also I would like to be able to create a sheet that can take me to a specific date. I think it’s a pivot chart, but I can’t get my head around it. If what I have asked makes sense, can you help somehow.
Nice video
