The format of American talk shows does not really allow for layered or long-winded answers. He's interviewing four guests simultaneously and his producers have given him a certain amount of talking points that he MUST hit before the next commercial break. It's not as rude as it seems, but American talk shows are not free form discussions and they have not been that way for a very long time. That's why they are mostly a waste of time. There are some great one-on-one EVC interviews out there for TFATWS. The best situation is when a reporter sits down just to talk to her about the project. There's no "show" going on around the interviewer; there's no rush to say everything before the next commercial break. That's when you'll see some good discussions.

@@agathasiima2506 Again, Jimmy's producers were telling him to switch off from Emily and move on to the next question. Again, the guest (whoever it is) can't have long pauses and expect to finish. That's called dead air. RDJ might be the exception because he's the big star in the group. And Jimmy has to run through all of his questions, not some of them. Again, fairness is not a factor in this type of very limited talk show format. Someone is going to get drowned out in a group segment nearly every time (because promoting every plot point of the movie is not really that important to Jimmy or his producers). Again, it's the crappy format and the time constraints. Also, I like Emily a lot, but you have to be a real MCU nerd (like myself) to even know who she is. Again, there are numerous great interviews with EVC out there (usually one-on-ones). Kimmel is just fast-paced entertainment and the show is not concerned with talking in-depth about characters (which might be why EVC was cut off at 1:38). Notice Jimmy cut her off because he wanted a quick reaction from RDJ, the star of the group. Also, I watched the segment very thoroughly the first time. It would have bothered me a lot if EVC was treated like this in promos for TFATWS because she has a more substantial role in that series and we will probably see more of her (as this more compromised version of Sharon Carter) going forward. Actors know when they are going to take a back seat in certain interviews. EVC took one for the team in this Kimmel segment.

Fast Obzeh I tried not to, but its too late. My expectations are pretty high right now, although not as high as it was for BvS. I was insanely hyped for BvS. I've never been that hyped for a movie ever. I'm sort of glad for the bad reviews cause it grounded my expectations heavily and I was able to enjoy the movie because of it.
