Team building challenges improve communication! This is a great exercise to do with a group of people who don’t know each other yet. After the exercise, the participants will have a lot to talk about, because during they will find things they have in common. 🥊

1. In addition to personality traits, you can also identify other similarities and differences within the team. Some examples of these are music tastes, things they want to improve upon, visions for the company, etc. Adjust the theme according to the group’s preferences and interests.
2. You can add a third round to the exercise: a game element. After the two groups join and discover all the unique characteristics within their group, one group will guess which person from the other group has which unique characteristic. One group names the unique traits they found one by one without mentioning to whom a trait belongs. The other group will now discuss until they unanimously make a decision as to whom they think the trait belongs. If their guess is correct, they receive one point. Proceed until all unique characteristics have been named. Now, it is the other group’s turn to guess which trait belongs to whom. The group with the most points wins the guessing game.
