Do you know if you can run the 4.1 shocktowers on the b4 with out changing the shock bodies ?

No you will need the 4.1 shock package to run the 4.1 towers. The B4 shocks are too long.
Hm. One part of it seems to be missing. Is it .21 or .28?

You would want to use a .21
