Dont really care if AE are doing a money grab. There is so much interest in vintage kits and racing that it makes sense for AE to cash in on it. Im 55 years old and missed out on the originals as I was a Kyosho fan at the time but 40 years later I'm more than happy to invest in a legend !

Had this and the Worlds Car back then, loved the buggy and sold the truck for the Losi JRXT.

I had a RC 10 w/ ball bearings.. 1988.. Las Veags Circus- Circus Hobbies indoor track called it "Blew-by-you" Bright Blue with a Bright Orange center racing stripe. I used powdered teflon in the transmission.... THING HAULED *SS!

I think OG vehicles depending on condition will always be valuable…. Like the rereleases especially of vehicles I really wanted back in the day but couldn’t afford or get… and stadium trucks are my favorite…plus what new innovative vehicles have come along recently?

I agree wholeheartedly. I think there’s are large segment of the RC market buying what we couldn’t afford as a kid. The nostalgia plays in to it a lot. What other rereleases would you like to see ?

It's way too soon. I'm still recovering from the cc clear b6 clear and the 40th. People need some time to breath and save up during the hard times. Food gouging and the coast of living going up. Myself I take the summers off from buying anything RC related. This re release will put me in a hole. Don't want to pass on the RC10T re re because the Ebay price gouging and not having my set completed. I miss the good old days when companies released kits every three four yrs. Every three months a new kit is coming out. Being in Canada I need to add in another $200 for shipping tax's as it crosses the border.

I agree that they shouldn’t pump that out rapid fire succession one after the other. I’ve come late to the party with other popular rc’s and had to pay significantly more. I don’t want to miss certain releases and pay much more later.

These re-releases will not affect the OG models... As we know the parts are not like the originals.. same thing with Fan RC parts... The one thing associated does need to do is start making parts for these re-releases.. I mean what's the point of these re-releases with no parts backup... I understand about the classic 40th be a collector item , which I do collect and restore AE buggies and trucks.

Dammit now my mint og rc10t will be less valuable great.....

Don't worry an original will always be more sod after. Wait till everyone gets over loaded with classic re release and the originals will go up in value.
