Do you guys remember when naruto faced orochimaru early into shippuden and the nine tails condensed a tailed beast bomb and vaporized the triple rashomon barriers? That's kind of what boruto condensing down his rasengan reminds me of.

In the manga she just all of the sudden got the 2 tomoe so the anime actually shows how she got it

Canon anime is an important incident that is not mentioned in detail in the manga but is told in great detail in the anime and is still connected to the original story, while filler is random, which has nothing to do with the original story

This is the diference between anime Canon and filler that many People don't understand. Anime Canon has important stuff, like the awakening of the 2nd tomoe and probabily other stuff. The manga is amazing but too raw, it's Just the important stuff of the mais story.

The manga is full of skips and holes, anime canon is canon and it can do whatever because most of the story is in the anime anyways. At points you pretty much have to watch the anime to understand the manga.

Facts. For example, episode 179 called “Victor’s Scheme” is such an important episode and lays the groundwork for the upcoming manga plot points. That episode felt so important to the point where it’s a shame it wasn’t actually in the manga, but it sure as hell felt like it should have been.

The second tomoe had to be anime canon cuz in the manga sarada just has it 😂

I feel like some people don’t understand how much justice “anime canon” can do for a series. Especially a series in which its manga falls short in some areas. Just look at episode 179 titled “Victor’s Scheme.” You’d be surprised, because that episode felt SO important to the plot, but guess what? It wasn’t in the manga AT ALL. In the manga, we just skip to some unknown airship we literally know nothing about. Sarada’s second tomoe is also a crucial thing they added as well.

It really was a good thing that Sarada and Boruto went through training.

I didn't see anyone appreciating orochimaru . He also did a great job by kicking Victor's ass.

This just means that Anime Canon are episodes you simply cannot skip because it literally does character development to everyone

Yk it’s a good episode when Heiusten says “ this is why we watch Boruto! “

When Sarada uses her enchanted strength I think she makes that specific part of her body really durable. When sarada uses her strength to punch the ground it never hurts her hands so she probably just focused her chakra on her arms to block the attack without damaging herself badly

I really love this episode, it's the best team 7 moment to me, and they did it alone!

"Better than Momoshiki Arc." I think we will listen same phrase after some episodes.

I LOVE THE NEW TEAM 7. They are amazing on their own, and as a team they are EVEN better. Each one has been developed so well along the anime. That's why watching this episode was so great! One of the best in Boruto by so far 🔥🔥🔥

While that was cool and all, I still don't get how Sarada was able to block Deepa's enhanced charge attack. In the previous episodes, Deepa did a similar attack that pierced through Shinki's iron sand.

Anime canon is different in Boruto’s case, it actually fills in the gaps for the manga because it’s monthly. That’s why people have to correct those who claim it’s “filler” because they’re used to those type of anime canons that are usually not relevant to the manga at all

In the manga when they fight one of the iner member, sarada already have 2 tomoe but they didn't explained how she get that

Let’s just take a moment to comprehend all that teamwork. Sarada saving Naruto. Mitsuki adding sage mode to boruto’s full attack. Fights like this are my favorite where all the characters get there own type of spotlight 😎. Also Deepa was a great villain and stepping stone for team 7 and I’m glad he was introduced in the anime because that was badass.

This is why we love Boruto❤️

Second best fight in all of Boruto imo including 189 , 189 was more about a dope character introduction but this fight was better choreographed imo

Sasuke awakened his sharingan when his clan was slaughtered by his brother Itachi and he got the 2nd tomoe protecting Naruto against haku needles during the zabuza fight and awakened his 3rd tomoe while fighting Naruto in the valley of the end . And then finally awakened mangekyou sharingan after killing his brother .

i guess the requirement to unlock the 2 tomoe sharingan is to protect someone in intense situation since obito awakened his sharingan straight to 2 tomoe by protecting Kakashi

in the manga apparently she just suddenly HAD two tomoe and they never explained it. Herein the anime comes to explain it. Thus even though this is anime canon, it's manga canon too just not shown.

I love this episode , definitely top 3 episodes in Boruto imo the character development is amazing and the team work too that final team combo Compression sage powered Rasengan was fire!

What the franchise is doing is really clever. When the anime started, many didn't like it and preferred to stick to the manga only. So what the franchise did is that they made the manga to cover only the main plot points and then they made the anime as the "fill in the gaps" kind of thing so that people will not lose interest/have faith in the anime again. So far, they're actually doing the great job.

It's called anime-CANON for a reason. It may be content that wasn't in the manga but it's still completely canon and is overseen by Kishimoto himself. The manga adapts and considers tons of stuff from the anime original content.
