I have stood at the cliff outside the city of Nazareth where this took place. I was so overwhelmed with the fact of where I was, that I stood in silence. One of my favorite places.

They could not understand. They thought they were full with justice. No sin. Religious people with lots of ceremonies. They could not see God revealing Himself. All the glory to my Lord Jesus, true God. What times this must have been

What I Think is profound is over The past 7 years, so many scenarios from the Bible have come to life before our eyes. Although the actors are different, The actions are similar. think about it. If you are a "watchman" for family and friends, you now have a better understanding of how Jesus was treated. We are also seeing rejection of many good people/ professionals because They won't bend the Knee or go with certain narratives. I think it is God's providence to bring beautifully done series at This time,,

Can we just appreciate how brilliantly depiction of Jesus is in this series! There is no loftier than now, in human superiority, there was a man who knows and is aligned with the truth. Beyond that he’s a man of humor a man of humility. An absolute alpha in calm surety. He’s a man who is not this similar from us. He’s someone we can finally relate to someone we want to be friends with.

He does the WORK according to His ORIGINAL PLAN. ☀️ ONE of the PURPOSES of this INCARNATION is to CONQUER PEOPLE, the OTHER is to MAKE PERFECT the PEOPLE He LOVES. He WANTS to SEE with His OWN EYES the PEOPLE He PERFECTS, and He wants to SEE for HIMSELF HOW the PEOPLE He PERFECTS TESTIFY for Him. NOT ONE or TWO PEOPLE are PERFECT. Rather, it is ONE GROUP, COMPRISED of just a FEW PEOPLE. ☀️🙏 PEOPLE in this GROUP COME from DIFFERENT COUNTRIES in the WORLD, and COME from DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES in the WORLD. The PURPOSE of DOING so much WORK is to GET this GROUP of PEOPLE, to GET the TESTIMONY of this GROUP OF PEOPLE to Him, and to ACHIEVE the GLORY He can GET from them. He does no work in vain, nor does He do any work worthless. It can be said that, in doing so many works, GOD'S PURPOSE is to make PERFECT EVERYTHING He WANTS to make PERFECT. In any free time He has outside of it, He will remove those who are evil. ☀️ You must know that He does not do this great work because of the wicked; rather, He gives His all because of the few people He will make perfect. The WORK He DOES, the WORDS He SPEAKS, the MYSTERIES He REVEALS, and His JUDGMENT and PUNISHMENT are ALL for the sane of those FEW PEOPLE. 🙏 He did NOT become a MAN because of those who were BAD, and especially they did NOT provoke Him to anger so much. He tells the TRUTH, and SPEAKS of ENTERING, because of PERFECT WORKS; He became MAN because of them, and because of them He could grant His PROMISES and BLESSINGS. ☀️ The truth, entrance, and life in humanity that He speaks of is not labored for the sake of the wicked. He WANTS to AVOID TALKING to those who are BAD, INSTEAD He WANTS to GRANT all the TRUTH to those who will be made PERFECT. But His work requires that, for the time being, He allows the WICKED to ENJOY some of His RICHES. Those who do not practice the truth, do not please God, and interfere with His work are all evil. They CANNOT BE MADE PERFECT, and GOD HATES and REJECTS them. 😪 On the other hand, PEOPLE WHO DO the TRUTH and PLEASE GOD and SPEND their WHOLE SELF in GOD'S WORK are the PEOPLE GOD WILL MAKE PERFECT. 🙏 Those whom GOD wants to make PERFECT are none other than this GROUP of PEOPLE, and the WORK GOD DOES is for the BENEFIT of these PEOPLE. The truth He speaks is for those who are WILLING to DO it. He does not speak to people who do not practice the truth. ☀️ The growth of knowledge and the growth of understanding that He says is aimed at those who can practice the truth. When He speaks of those who will be made perfect, He is speaking of these people. The WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT is FOCUSED on PEOPLE who CAN do the TRUTH. 🙏 Things like having wisdom and being human are dedicated to people who are WILLING to DO the TRUTH. Those who DO NOT PRACTICE the TRUTH may HEAR MANY WORDS of TRUTH, BUT BECAUSE they are by NATURE VERY EVIL and are NOT INTERESTED in the TRUTH, all they understand are doctrines and words and empty theories, which have not the slightest value for upon their entry into life. Not ONE of THEM is FAITHFUL to GOD; they are ALL PEOPLE WHO SEE GOD BUT CANNOT REACH Him, ALL of THEM are CURSED by GOD. 😪🙏 From "Only Those Who Commit to Practice Make Perfection" Fulfillment of "When I looked up, someone handed me a book wrapped in a scroll. I opened it and I read on both sides the prayers, lamentations, and curses." (Ezekiel 2:9-10). ... "His clothes were stained with blood. He was called the "Word of God." (Rev. 19:13) The kingdom He brought down and built in the worthy holy place in the highest in the sky and when all the humanity He created in the universe was occupied by it and it was engraved in His holy name and owned by His disposition "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD" 💐 this is the fulfillment of (Mat. 16:18) The Lord Jesus said, "And I say to you, Peter, on top of this eunuch I will build my Church, which will not prevail against him even the fear of death.". ... and fulfillment of "The Letter to the Church in Philadelphia" (Rev. 3:7-13). ... and fulfillment of "The New Jerusalem"💫 "The Spirit covered me, and the angel led me to the top of a very high mountain. He showed me Jerusalem, the Holy City, coming down from heaven from God." (Rev. 21:10). ... "For the time has come in the matter of God for the beginning of judgment in the house of God." (1 Peter 4:17) 📩 God's sheep are called and led to His glorious Throne in "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD" 💐 to submit again to His authority so that He can continue to teach us, guide us and protect us even in plagues, disasters, famines and wild animals It will not move us, and to completely win the war with the big red dragon in this final battle!. ... “I am the Law of Moses” was an understatement . He is the Law of everything. He is in continuous contact with his Father. He looks up, and thanks Him as the scene ended.

They were expecting a warrior not someone preaching peace and salvation at a time when they were subjugated by the Roman empire. We just have to be grateful that he has been merciful to allow us to know mysteries some of his own "first" people fail to see even to this day.

The word of god has never been meant to be reserved for those who believe it. The salvation can only be delivered unto those who do not yet believe it

I love the Chosen, its one of the best tellings of the gospel...it reminded me to whom i belong and to whom i serve.

It did not come from the Lord, because Paul invented it to explain the resurrection... Jesus himself was a Pharisee. Look who he had dinner with. Only later - when they were the only ones left on the stage - the opponents of the Christians - were the scribes scraped out of the papyri and Sadducees and Pharisees written in their place... Jesus was NOT from Nazareth, but belonged to a branch of the Pharisees - he was a Nazirite...

I pray for all of us. To all the praying moms in the world, i salute you, and apperciate all you do. You are not unseen, or unnoticed. Life is good,and amazing because of you.

All HEAVEN and EARTH obey JESUS, this shows HIS SOVEREIGNTY and POWER on EARTH even as a human being!! Despite all POWER and SOVEREIGNTY Jesus willingly chose DEATH on the CROSS for our SIN to take our place in PAYMENT for SIN!! This is the MOST PERFECT example of LOVE!! THANK YOU LORD JESUS!!

This was one of the most moving scenes and put the love and trust in Christ into perspective . This series is so well put together and has brought tears to my eyes on many occasions .

There was more giving on that day, than scripture ✍️ could truly be to understand what has not yet been given. Thy Blood🩸and thy Holy Spirit 🕊️ Father: Jehovah I Pray and beg for mercy. 😢 peace be in faith on all of us in Yeshua’s name 🙏 (they still not today in tears I cry) what you have given.

😢 God wants a relationship with us believers, not a religion like how theyre thinking that sin is nothing when its in all of us. Jesus is mine and your salvation and he is still waiting for his unbelievers to accept it. Now i dont know Gods plan that was set up, he makes it all happen. Gods hands are ready for us who choose to become a follower in Christ Jesus. Like a city without rules is not a city at all. It becomes chaos and destruction. Jesus is the light, truth and the way. The only way up is through him and him alone. There are no short-cuts.

Jesus was the word made flesh. I had goosebumps watching the scene. Amen.

One of the reason that im so gratefull that I live in this era is that if i was there in that sermon, i will be one who wanted ro presecute Him for i am weak in faith and fool. Even Peter and deciples denied him, who am i and my tiny weak faith. I will praise his name forever and will always counting on his grace alone.

Everytime the soundtrack intensifies and the part where they grab Jesus shocks me where I can’t speak

To be rejected. To have already done so much.. This show makes me love Jesus more.

A moment I just love is when Jesus is first put on the edge of the cliff and he looks out then up- his eyes! It is SO well done by Jonathan- a perfect look of terror up to his father. just a second of this scene yet it just blows me away. A perfect little improvisation of this biblical story ya know?

The part that he said I AM THE LAW OF MOSES MOVED ME ALOT.

The truth is it's not only the Jews or the people of Nazareth who failed to recognise Jesus as the Saviour. I see most of the people around the world are blind to see Jesus. Just as the scripture said: Man cannot find God, God finds the man. The disciples did not chose Jesus, rather Jesus chose them. It brought tears into my eyes and shook me when I saw how sceptical the people were in the synagogue and their failure to recognise Jesus as the Saviour. Every single word Yeshua said and did is just and true. Why would He do something to pacify their own ill motive that lack faith, rather than following God's will.

Hollywood directors used contrast effectively, eg a comic scene preceding a dramatic one: from extracts l’ve seen of The Chosen the directors of this deeply important dramatisation possess such skills - l look forward immensely to sitting down and watching the whole of this beautiful and important series. I pray God bless all who contributed to this devout yet spirited enterprise. And may the Holy Spirit fill all who see it. God bless both the makers and audiences of this deeply good piece of theatre.

well done. The flow of the scenes follow exactly what the gospels say.

How interesting that Isaiah 61 is also the passage that Jesus shared with the children in Season 1 to explain why he was here. How different a reaction, underscoring the truthfulness of what Jesus said that we must turn around and become like young children to enter the kingdom. How different from the hard headed and hard hearted people of Nazareth.

This made me realise on e again what Jesus did for us and how our daily problems have nothing in comparison.

My goodness, I've not heard the Scriptures come alive like this! Not only Reading from the Scriptures, Expounding upon them! Jesus, in this scene, Explains With Authority..What the Scripture verses mean! He's Definitely MORE THAN A Rabbi or a Prophet! " Today, In Your hearing, The Scriptures Are Fulfilled!" God bless these men and this program. ✝️🕊️

It's so crazy they didn't even know who they were in the presence of!!! They were in the presence of the king of kings and Lord of lords. The one who made all things and through him all things were made . Praise you Lord! Thank you for shedding your blood and saving us. When we leave our temporary bodies, we can go and be with Jesus at the right hand of the Father! What an amazing time it will be to see God himself face to face!!❤️🙌🙌

I was so giddy and excited during the part when the priest was like "are you claiming to be the Messiah, or are you merely claiming to be the Lord's prophet?" And Jesus's response: "Yes." Oooooohhh! I was like YEEEEESSSSSS!!! Oh my heart was so full of joy and righteous pride and I felt kinda victorious because I was like "OOOH THAT PROBABLY FELT REALLY GOOD TO SAY THAT!" Claiming His birthright after so long probably felt empowering and humbling at the same time! What courage that took, but also I think He may have been aware that some people could choose to not believe, and that's a sad thought for somebody who loves mankind...So that's why I think it took so much courage at that time. Think about it ... The 2nd coming may feel like a wonderful thing for many people who want Jesus to come again, but when He does come again, if there were people who didn't want Him to, I can understand why that would require so much love and devotion and trust and courage and faith and humility and ... whatever else may be needed to do what may need to be done to obtain peace and happiness and joy and... I mean like, think about it... Didn't the scriptures say something about Christ coming to dwell among us in the latter days and those who know him will see Him or something like that? ...so um... I thiiiiink... 😮😮 I reaaaallllly do love Jesus so much.... And I'm so very ready for Him to come again! I truly do wish for those who need peace of mind and strength and courage and whatever it is they may need, they receive it, because I am so very much a great lover of peace and happiness and joy and.... My ADHD autism may be showing...I'm going to go relax and enjoy life. Love you all!

Jesus was like a rockstar, a rebel of his time. Imagine being Jesus, believing and knowing with every fiber of your being what you're saying, despite knowing the grave consequences that awaited you, knowing that you will be cast from your community, spit on, and hated. Think of being one of the very few stuck who their necks out to trust and believe in Jesus and his message, how scary that must have been to willingly sever ties with your own blood and community to follow one who would have been considered a deranged lunatic. From a nobody who was accepted by very few, cast out from his community, spit upon, beaten, and sacrificed, to having changed the course of human history forever, without barely lifting a finger. It is an incredible story. He's a constant reminder that we should never get used to the way things are, and that we should be open to change. If you are living your life right now and at any point think, "that's just the way it is, and how its always been", refer to Jesus' story. The people of his time certainly thought so, in fact, they were so entrenched in their beliefs that they considered Jesus' message to be blasphemy. Keep your heart, eyes, and ears open-- the people who had done just that when Jesus was alive are a testament to what amazing things can happen. To be alive at that time and accept Jesus' message, and Jesus himself, was a revolutionary act, worthy of condemnation and execution. I would like to pose a question. Imagine you were born back then and lived your entire life as these people did, then this strange man comes along challenging everything you know, saying things that seem utterly ridiculous... Would you have accepted Jesus and his message? It seems like an easy question now, but truthfully, I'm not so sure many people would've taken that risk, I think many more would've just written him off.
