Alham du Lillah sare girls and students satisfied hai. School k sare students ka me favorite teacher hon q k saro ko sahi tariqe se samjha ta hon.. Future k bare me guide krta hon over society k bare me positive and negative everything

سو باتوں کی ایک بات استاد کا اللہ سے تعلق مضبوط ہونا چاہئے آقاﷺ سے شدید محبت کا ہونا بھی ضروری ہے کیونکہ یہی ایک وہ راستہ ہے جس پر چلنے والے یعنی صحابہ اور اولیاء اکرام آج بھی دنیا کے سب سے اچھے استاد مانے جاتے ہیں کیونکہ اقبال فرماتے ہیں خود نہ تھے جو رہ پہ اوروں کے ھادی بن گے اور نہ صحابہ کے پاس کوئی ڈگری تھی نہ اولیاء کے پاس جو جیتنا ذیادہ اللہ سے قریب ہوتا ہے اتنا علم حکمت کی صورت اس پر الہام کی صورت اترتا رہتا ہے اور وہ بانٹتا رہتا ہے

یہ بہت اہم ٹاپک ہے ۔میں خود یونیورسٹی کی سٹوڈنٹ ہوں لیکن میں سے ابھی تک اپنے تعلیمی سفر میں یہ دیکھا کہ ہمارے اساتذہ اکرام ہمیں بہت سٹریس دیتے ہیں انہیں پڑھانا بعد کی بات کلاس روم مینجیمنٹ اور اپنے طالب علم سے صبر سے پیش انا بھی نہیں آتا ۔کچھ اساتذہ ایسے بھی ملے جنہیوں نے اپنی اعلیٰ اخلاقی کی وجہ سے ہمارے دلوں میں گھر کر لیا لیکن ذیادہ تر ایسے ہیں جو بس مذدوری ہی کرتے ہیں شاید کہ وہ اپنے کام اور طالب علموں سے محبت نہیں کرتے اور اساتذہ کیلئے بھی ان کے شاگردوں کے دل میں کوئی عزت اور محبت نہیں ہوتی جو کہ ایک استاد کیلئے انہیں ملنے والی تنخواہ سے ذیادہ اہم ہے ہمارے اساتذہ کا comparison اور favouritism نہیں ختم ہوتا ۔ تو بس کچھ طالب علم انکے شیدائی ہوتے ہیں اور کچھ بس سمسڑر پاس کرنے کیلئے پڑھتے ہیں بہت بری حالت ہمارے معاشرے میں تعلیم دینے والوں اور تعلیم لینے والوں کی ہے ۔
