This was beautiful. I vividly remember my first time playing Gorilla Tag. I met some people and it was back when people praised the Early Access monkeys. I helped a guy, with a KZread video of his own, I never got his KZread, but we went to the old mirror and did his intro and I recall feeling so happy. They taught me to play, I've become good at the game and miss the simpler times when skill really didn't matter it was just all about having fun. Every game, eventually will have that skill arc, but luckily, with Christmas, the flux of new players has allowed the game to feel like the old times. Veteran players teaching the new players, just like they were once taught. Thank you Jman.

Its really a personality thing, some people like teaching others, some dont, its not especially a pain in this specific example, every new thing you learn will be difficult at first :) But sometimes teaching something to people feels really rewarding and can give a sense of purpose. I'm new but I can totally understand, every time I teach people how to mod minecraft they say "isn't .exe bad?" or they're like "is this a virus" LIKE BRUH! i'm teaching you because I know how to do it! not because I'm pretty sure. You wouldn't ask your doctor but you'd ask me?

I remember going on gorilla tag on Christmas, joining a server and there were nothing but new players. I also remember looking at the computer and seeing that there were 30,000 people online at that time. Insane.

I remember hearing about gorilla tag in echo VR, very early 2021, when I asked they were like, "DOWNLOAD IT BRO ITS SO FUN!" And because of them I've had hilarious encounters, soundboard encounters, funny mod encounters, hilarious friends, and hilarious arguements. Seeing more than 20,000 people online is crazy, and seeing more than 50k even made me tear up, it's been a pleasure with all of the drama, laughs, and MONKE MONKE MONKE's over the past 2 years.

This is so crazy it is such history, I feel like just yesterday there was a hat room instead of city, so I'm so happy that we got to teach them on Christmas Day

Honestly… when i started playing, it was when i came back to gorilla tag when Jman gave me hope, that I can’t be bad forever, and when i joined after a year, it was so hard to know what to do, but i never knew that i would be a quick learner, i still have issues walking, and a lot more things i need to practice, but jman shows that no matter how good nor how bad you are, its always the fun moments to cherish. When my online brother will get his headset, i will teach him and make sure to give the help and fun that I missed out when i joined, and honestly if not jman, i could have not even come on my oculus anymore. I’m glad to see jman help out the people with the newest experience. I might even try to send a package in the future, love your content man! 😄

This is the first time i ever seen your Channel and i think your are funny as hell. Julian is such a underrated yt

This video just stands to show how strong the gorilla tag community is. Even though there is toxicity, when there is new players, like myself, people come together to help those new to the game understand how the game works a lot better. This makes the appeal of gorilla tag so much more entertaining than what it seems, and I'm glad I gave it a shot, as I'm now starting to play it much more often!
