I’m just watching this with the subtitles on and the woman just did a brilliant thing which men hardly ever do, if ever, she brought the product right up to the camera and HELD IT STEADY for a few seconds, take note budding Spielbergs then we might buy some of it
So much fun! I've handed a couple of friends my DA and they've been much more timid. I really enjoy seeing people polish cars for the first time. Thank you Scott for always sharing and teaching.

Thanks for your support
The amount of condescending, disrespectful, and jealousy-induced comments on these past couple videos truly amazes me. Are some people really that immature or shallow? Grow up people. Scott is teaching someone, hands on, the ins and outs of detailing, I'd pay for that opportunity. And also educating his audience at the same time. I am not even close to a beginner detailer but can still learn things from videos like this.
I’m watching this just for Scott’s reactions😂😂😂😂 golden!!

Always a good idea to remove/not wear watches, bracelets, etc. when detailing.. Always a fun time watching first timers fire up a polisher for the first time. Somebody should make a compilation video of first time power tool users.. Good to have you back Scott! 👍👌✌
Ha ha! She is so cute, like a baby deer learning to walk. Scott, your reactions were priceless!
Love to see people trying new stuff so many people are afraid to step out of their comfort zone. She is so funny 😊 great job 😊
Her willingness to learn and participate really makes it
Very good instructional video. She is definitely a bonus !! I actually like the way she verbally explains the process so as to reinforce the steps to herself.

I have never polished my car before, but will be in a few weeks, I found this video extremely helpful. Thanks for doing this for us newbies!
Scott, what seems trivial to most people watching your video is actually very informative if you have no experience at all. I used a da for the first time a month ago on my F150 to practice and learn before I attempt it on my Mustang. I learn something everytime I watch one of these videos. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience.
What many seem as trivial others may see it as an uphill battle. Well done Alex and Scott. You too make up a great team. Maybe Alex will inspire other ladies and wives to take up on car detailing too!

Scott, Great job, wonderful to see Alex machine polish. Looking forward to learn more from both of you. Great team work, mastering a skill takes time, experience takes time too. Again, under your instructions and training Scott Alex will be a excellent car detailer. So keep going Alex, we would like to see you do more detailing stuff!

HELP PLEASE So I recently switched from my rotary DeWalt to rupes 15 inch with 6 " pad Dual polisher Watched bunch of videos and techniques Using blue and yellow rupes pad and blue compound and yellow polished. Took time with one panel . Washed , claybar , sanded gently with 3000 Did step one and two , slow motion , overlap the whole 9 yards And it looked absolutely stunning .....BUT 3 days later I saw it on the sun and 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Scratches ( spider ) everywhere, color next to the door I didn't do was too dull as if I am looking through the fog .... I am open to any suggestions and pointers . Understand it is hard without seeing me working it but I figure I would ask anyway . Thank you

That's why you do a test panel. If you want a chart to promise you exactly what pad polisher compound and number of passes you need...for every brand...and your technique is terrible. What's the point? Practice and patience with a bit of cautious trial and error using the least aggressive pad/polish let's you hone in on what works for your exact car. If that's too daunting then all in one's are good for that. Not the best cut or finish. Just a cut pad and finish pad and be done with less thinking too much about it. Great video series Scott. I appreciate Alex and her enthusiasm through your detail oriented teaching.

This is just my opinion but I kinda cringed when I seen them bracelets on her wrist, when doing detailing, especially do not wear any long chain necklaces that will hang down that get caught in the equipment your using safety first! In the future if she wears bracelets she could potentially scratch the paint when removing the sealants or waxes or whatever. I personally even remove my wedding ring, no watches, no necklaces, nothing to get in my way no distractions or safety issues
