Teachers TV: Reducing ISV - Peer Observation

A look at how peer observation has been used to reduce in-school variation (ISV) at two schools. Through observation of each other's lessons, teachers can share ideas and good practice between departments, and South Dartmoor Community College shows how it has implemented this. At Eggar's School, peer observation plays an important role in raising achievement. An example of this can be seen when science teacher James Wordsworth observes Nathan Smith's Year 9 music class.
