Cake Rusk recipe without oven
2 eggs
1cup sugar
2cup oil
2cup wheat flour
vanilla extract 1tsp
baking soda 1tsp
baking powder half tsp
orange food color half tsp
directions:-take blender add 2egg room temperature blend well until fluffy
-add sugar oil and milk and then blend well
-take bowl add mixture add all purpose flour baking powder baking soda whisk well
-Add vanilla essence;orange food color and whisk well
-on baking tray (8×8 inch;) place oil and grease sides with oil
pour batter in baking tray tap the mixture prepared pan 15 min
-bake in pre heated pan 40 min
-After baking Allow it cool for 20 minutes and then cut into slices
-Again bake 20 minutes and then cool the cake Rusk
-Allow the cake cool completely.
-once cooled the rusks will be crunchy & crispy
and store then in air tight container
