Not quite. They sometimes encourage people to do things...but not everyone is in on it. Meaning they could've told the cast except madame to get the real reaction from her.

No one comes uninvited to an other person's party, whom you do not know, and sets her rules at the table. I mean, if you know a friend is around the area and you want to bring a plus one to the party that is not yours, at least have the courtesy to inform the host that you are bringing a guest. Is not that common sense and respect and courtesy? Who brought her up with no manners? Seriously!
