I had the same problem with mine. I fix it by going into button study and select buttons panel reset and reprogram all my tough screen buttons. Save and exit and it work again like normal.

I send it back and got a new one from ebay seller

Is the new one still working?

flip the screen down, press and hold the reset button with a toothpick.. or disconnect the battery for a minute or two

let it reboot, then run the screen adjustment settings..

Did all of that. I send it back to the seller in japan. Still waiting for my new one.

Same problem with mine I have a mouse hooked to mine

Some how I figure out how to reboot it with the mouse and now it works just keep going to the settings menu

Mine was defected. Had to send it back to China to get a replacement. New one has been working great.
