Blind Melon was one of the best bands ever. Shannon was the spirit of the band and they do a vigil every year in lafayette. Sometimes the other guys from the band show up, but there is always a good show and folks have a candlelight ceremony at the grave. Shannon's Mom is super cool and you can even meet Vernie! One of the coolest events for one of the best singers in rock n roll history. Miss you Shannon. Thanks Adam!

Thanks for revealing your soul in those closing remarks. It hits close to home for me because I'm always thinking about that chaotic blend of fate and freewill that yields our life experience. Great stuff Adam. Have to say for all your whacky interludes and fun that you add into your vlogs as you tour around, not forgetting all the little tit bits of historical notes and the great little gems you find in these back water towns, you also have a really honest human side which you share with us. I have seen other vlogs from other people and yes they also share personal things, but I feel yours are really heart felt and full of honesty and integrity. I think that is what sets you apart from many other 'exploring' vlogers and makes you simply one of the best on KZread. What ever route you choose and how you choose to get there, I know that it will be a great trip and will be awesome to watch and follow you around. Happy travels Adam.

I just started watching your videos when you had visited the Outsiders house because I was doing a search on it and your video popped up. I have been watching your traveling videos and I think they are amazing. Maybe that is what you need to do. I know its hard to move around and constantly drive everywhere... But your showing things to people that may not know about in their own states. You have inspired me to look at my own state of Oklahoma in a new way.
