Note: According to manual there's one more step - checking oil pressure. For information - refer to page 3-33 of service manual. Great video, thx! Важно: согласно мануалу есть ещё один шаг - проверка давления масла, он описан на странице 33, 3-го раздела сервисного руководства.

The servise manual is supposed for the mechanic. Not for the owner.. i did not include this step because first of all id does need to do it every time you change the oil and second because i strongly recommend that step to be made only from a mechanic. Is a reason that owner manual does not include it.

Are those o-rings specified by yamaya anyway or are those just simple universal ones?

Can you please write in description what number of wrench you use for unscrew engine oil drain bolts, and also number allen wrench hex key for unscrew oil filter

You have installed a crossbar for your GPS over the instrument panel on your TDM900. How did you mount the crossbar? How did you route the GPS cable?

you did this with your bike on the side stand..is that ok? you don't need to do that on the central stand?

is it 3.8 litres in total?

Was there a particular reason why you used the cut-out switch to turn the engine off or is that not necessary?

@@dimisR6 Μπορείς να τραβήξεις μια φωτογραφία σε παρακαλώ να την δούμε?Όλοι μας παίρνουμε μεταχειρισμένα μηχανάκια και η εξαερωση μπορεί να μην έχει γίνει ποτέ. Πως το καταλαβαίνουμε εάν δεν έχει γίνει?Τι ακριβώς κάνει ο κινητήρας όταν λες δεν δουλεύει σωστά?

@@dimisR6 Ευχαριστω βρε φιλε,απλα ενημερωτικα το ειπα να ξερω κι εγω σαν γνωσεις.Ετσι κι αλλιως μονος μου τα αλλαζω τα λαδια στο TDM ,οποτε ριχνω πρωτα 2 λιτρα λαδι,βαζω μπροστα για 5-6 δευτερολεπτα και μετα ριχνω την υπολοιπη ποσοτητα.Κατι ασχετο...Εβαλα 10/40 και δεν ημουν απολυτα ευχαριστημενος.Εχεις βαλεις ποτε 15/50?Ποια η γνωμη σου?

@@dimisR6 Δεν νομιζω να ηταν φουλ συνθετικα,αφου ουτε σε πιστα μπαινω,ουτε την οδηγαω κατω απο 0 βαθμους.Bell Ray ειχα βαλει.Ο κατασκευαστης λεει και 15/40 ρε συ.Με 15/50 μου ειπαν και αλλοι πως κουμπωναν πιο γλυκα οι ταχυτητες.Τωρα λεω να βαλω Motul 5100.Κατι τελευταιο...καθε δευτερη αλλαγη λαδιων αλλαζεις και φιλτρο?

@@dimisR6 Τα Bell Ray εκει που δεν με ικανοποιουν ειναι στο κουμπωμα της πρωτης(αυτο το γκνταν!),κατα τ' αλλα στις γρηγορες αλλαγες ψηλα που δεν προλαβαινει ν'ανασανει το μοτερ κουμπωνουν πολυ καλα.Ναι εχω ακουσει κι εγω καλα σχολια για τα 7100 απο φιλο με Ducati.Ειμαι σε διλημμα 7100 10/40 με ημισυνθετικο 15/50.μαλλον στα 7100 θα καταληξω...

If oil is passing from oil tank into the sump (wet sumping),which is not uncommon on these engines and you rely on sight glass window to determine oil level, you risk over-filling engine.Better to fill up with the specified amount after draining oil.It's the only way to be sure you've got the right amount of oil in the engine.

Really?No sight glass on TDM?I was under the impression TDM and TRX engines were virtually the same.Maybe the 900 is different.If wet sumping is occuring the sight glass is useless.

My tdm 900, 4.7 L oil capacitet

For TDM 900 Its 4.7 lt if you empty entirely the engine. That means if you disassembly the entire engine. Not in periodically maintaining. In periodically maintaining, that means every 10000 kms or less the TDM 900 needs only 3.9lt with oil filter change.

αν ναι, απλα αφαιρεσε το κυπελλο εκει που ειναι το φιλτρο λαδιου (πρέπει να αλλαξω τα ο-rings)...... βγαινει πολλα λαδια?

Hello my friend. Its hard for me to understand what you asking. If you ask me if you need to change the orings, then my answer is that manufacturer says it is recommended. If it comes a lot of oil from there? About a litre.

Πρέπει να αλλάξω ΜΟΝΟ τα O-RINGS του φίλτρου λαδιού. ο μεγάλος και ο μικρός. βγάζοντας τις 5 βίδες... στραγγίζει πολύ λάδι;
