Brett explains how he applies the TDK tire sauce to on road tyres to gain maximum traction from your racing tyres.
High Grip Tire Sauce is an aggressive sauce that facilitates break-in, provides tremendous grip and is made in the USA!
After months of testing and development, TDK present the worlds FIRST bio-degradable, eco-friendly, and safe Tire Traction Compound. They tested and tweaked the formula to work both on-road and off-road. For Off-Road TDK High Grip Tire Sauce works best on "Clay Compound" tires. For On-Road works best on gray carpet or asphalt tracks.
Comes in a new 4oz recyclable HDPE Bottle with applicator swab. The new bottles allow them to reduce waste by removing one of the two lids, plastic bag, and header cards.

just wondering might seem like a silly question but would this work on bike tires, I do BMX racing and I find I'm sliding all over. I can't find a single source for bike grip sauce

We really don't know as we haven't tried it. Why not get a bottle and try? It may work well.
Does this break down the tire, for grip? Or is this stuff sticky and just added as a layer on the surface of the tire?

Hi Gun, this is softening the actual rubber.
I can only testify to my experience against something like Mighty Grip Yellow, White, or SXT3.0. It does not have better grip than any of those. I really tried to use it and give it a try but it is slower. I am located in Miami and we run at Coral Springs RC Track with Lane Choice on the track and temps of 90* and sunny.

TDK may not offer the same grip as others but it is non-toxic which is a massive benefit to everyone's health, particularly the kids. For too many years we have been breathing and ingesting carcinogenic tire additives in the name of going fast. Then wearing gloves for minimal protection. Less grip for more life we believe.

@@HearnsHobbiesMelbourne shorter life? Maybe but definitely faster times. And I do not lie with a title that says HIGH GRIP! But hey it is really good as a paper weight so that my paper towel does not fly away from the table! so thank you for that!

If you are talking about drift tires, probably not. It all the depends from the material and purpose.
