Bhai can we change only one ic

i am using 2030 amplifier 5 inch subwoofer but woofer sound is very low how can i do brother plz replay

what if I use two TDA 2030 amplifier board to make a single home theater in one BOX.?

Sir , I Have re placed 6 nos of 2030 ic with 2050 ic of 5.1 amplifier. Now i also want to increase transformer voltage up to 18 volt then what extra component such as resistor, capacitor should i have to chage? Plz reply as soon as possible. Thank you!

Read TDA2050 Datasheet bro, it has sample circuit in it with exact components values.

Tda 8510j ka equivalent ic batayega ya koi PCB circuit boards btay mera creative m2600 model tha wo kharab ho gya or tda8510j ic mil nhi rha

Bhai transformer 22-0-22ka lagana hota hoga iske sath.

try adding electrical insulator (mica) between the 2050s and the common heat sink. but be careful about the heat transfer should not be hindered, add thermal grease on the both side of the mica sheet

Bhai, power badhane ke liye ic ke sath sath rail voltage badhana padega, amplifier ka gain badhana padega, aur capacitors sahi voltage aur capacity ke lagane padenge.

Brother I have a 2.1 amplifier kit, the problem is that its transformer is very hot and the bass speaker sound very bad and not clear, I checked 2030 IC, 4558 IC but found no problem, the size of my bass speaker is 6 inches, it's the transformer. Noise ki wajah se humming sound aaraha hai , ye Jo amplifier kit hum use Kar rahe hai ye local amplifiers hai or saste hai, agar apko or acha amplifier chahiye to wo bahut costly aayega

Woofer and subwoofer are almost same both are mainly used for producing low frequencies, but a small difference is there , Woofer produces frequency within the range of 20Hz to 2000Hz Subwoofer produces frequency within the range of 20Hz to 200Hz. It depends on the design of the circuit, there is a chance that designer have specifically designed the circuit for TDA2030 only. Well I haven't tried to remove this noise, in case I do it I'll make a video on it. Thanks for watching

Bro easy method to take out ic,, short all the pin from backside with soldering iron and hold the ic if all pins or short together with soldering wire ic will be removed in one step,you not need to desolder its legs one by one👍

Capacitors should be 35v 4700mf. But why those humming sound and annoying noise..?

2030 and 2050 dono lagbhag same hain, pins bhi same hain, or dono IC m ground ka connection hota he nahi hai, agar aap dhyan se dekhe to ye jo design hai wo split power supply par based hai jisme IC par sirf + ya - power supply connect hoti hai baki ground to sirf signal level par connect hota hai

Bhai humne bhi try kiya sound bht slow aa rha h aur humming ka sound aa rha h work nai kiya... Kya kre..?

Sirf bass wala ic change karna tha bhai 32 X3= 96WATT our app ne lagaya he 12-0-12 3 amp ka transformer to Apka total output 36 watt he isliye transformer se humming signal a raha he our apko 15-0-15 wala transformer chahiye Jo Dc karke 21volt hona chahyea warna ye 20 watt hin dega apko
