Switzerland is the one country that actually looks like the pictures in books when you visit in person. Much love from north central Texas to our Swiss friends 🤗

One of the best videos that you folks have ever made. If there was an Oscar for your video venues, you guys would be the hands-down winners of the Oscar. Bless y’all and the wonderful Swiss couple. Danke

I have only briefly been to Texas on business three times. I traveled the width of Texas as a child moving from California to Florida. This program, however, has made me fall in love with Texas to the point that my original retirement plans were to move to Arizona have been paused as I consider moving to...Texas. I realize that you provide only glimpses; and only of the good and unique parts of the state, but still I thank you for opening my eyes and my heart.

I love the state but it is not treating me in any way that is good for me nowadays. Shame to say.

There are too many politicians who are trying to convince Americans how horrible America is. They’re just lying politicians. America is the greatest country ever created for average people. There’s none better.

Peter speaks English with a Texas accent. So funny to hear it. His passion shines through like he's a native son. God Bless Texas... and Peter!

I visited Baden Baden while I was stationed in Germany, but I never visited Baden or Switzerland. I might have passed through Switzerland on a train trip to Rome.

In the school year 2001 - 2002 we hosted a young man from Germany who very quickly became our "son" and we became his moms. To begin with, Andreas spoke almost perfect English so all he had to do was add "Texan." to it! I'd say it only took a couple of weeks before we heard the words "fixin" and "y'all" come out of his mouth! Like Peter, this is home for Andreas(Squeedunk, a term of endearment we had for him, even now, all these years later he is still called that!)something I'm sure the folks in Germany can't quite understand. I'm sure he takes a teasing, if not for the nickname then especially when I send him an article of clothing with the Texas flag on it! Andreas got married during the pandemic and I wish I could have gone but the world was in such a state of unrest, Dale had died and it would have been just me and that wouldn't have been much fun.

Europe, including Switzerland, was vastly different from America when I lived in Naples, Italy during the 1970's. Both were wonderful then although not perfect. Today, American society has deteriorated so much that I don't recognize it anymore. I have hopes that there will be a reawakening in our beautiful country's future. Blessings 🤠❤‍🔥

Some folks would say Texans are born in Texas. I believe some Texans are made in Texas. Just get there once and it stays in your head and your heart forever.
