The song wasn't about irony it was a deep look at their dreams. The song is about evalin and evalin not being stuck together anymore and evalin dreams about getting away with evalins murder.

I feel like this is made even better because the original song's story is supposed to be funny because they're conjoined twins singing it.... Just like how Lup and Taako were always together in the first place. The irony of the tune is not lost here and I love that!!!

Spoiler*** It's an enchanted 15$ bill that duplicates itself that she made. She mentions that a guy named Greg Germeldis owes her 15$ in the stolen century, and they go on a quest to get it back in one of the OVA live shows. Which is where they explain that its magic.
