@@sherylcummings4682 basically what i did in the end to fix it was the only way....i grabbed another phone and i started with this guys video...clicked on his step 1 and went from there...after i finnisshed the tutorial i used promo code MONKEYKING and got sun wukong and tyreal. It did last about...7 minutes untill i received them... but i got them. And thennnn i bound that account to the method that was available...not faceboook but the other one. So then i went back to the phone were i fcked up and used the bound account to log in....tada finally managed.

This is a code for new players that can be used on an account that is no more than 24 hours old, and this code can only be entered 1 per account. So either your account is older than 24 hours, or you have already entered some other newbie code. If you created a new account when trying to enter the code you see the message "This code is for new players only", it means that you created the account on a device where the game was already installed and did not clear the cache, because of which the system perceives the account as old.
