I think Joe helped her find peace and learn how to manage the popularity but he wasn't forever because the fame wasn't for him. Travis seems to be a much more masculine energy than the previous men. But from what I’ve seen and read, I think it was mainly the Kanye drama and all the negative hate from the Kanye/Kardashian fans, her needing to deal with her ED etc. She’s not getting heaps of negative attention it seems to be mostly positive vibes going her way so I don’t think she’ll take another break like that. If she stayed with Matty then Swifties would have good reason to worry about that lol
