the reason reputation is probably my favorite taylor album (behind speak now due to its songwriting) is because she truly gave 0 fucks during this era. this was during her hate train when it seemed like everyone except swifties, her family, boyfriend and maybe a few close friends were against her. and instead of playing the victim like most people do, taylor doubled down on the "villain" persona the public was trying to cast onto her and made an incredible concept album. her reputation was already in shambles, she had nothing to lose, so she truly let loose and didn't hold herself back one bit. and it was amazing. AOTY 2017.

@@Slow_Internet me too! mean was the first taylor song i ever heard when i was like like 6 and when i heard it, i instantly became a swiftie. that song and the whole album have such a special place in my heart. and the fact that taylor wrote the album with ZERO co-writers. insane. i also really like the production and how different it is from most taylor albums. there's almost a pop punk vibe to it imo. i feel like speak now tv will be released last for some reason, maybe because it's sonically the most complex. i think she's gonna release them in the order of: 1989, debut, reputation, speak now.

@@paulanji I actually think she'll rerelease Speak Now next ESPECIALLY after the hints she dropped in the Bejeweled Music video (Enchanted instrumental at the beginning, pressing number 3 on the elevator like how Speak Now is album #3, and playing long live(?) instrumental at the end(pretty sure it was long live I'll double check.) ) I'm pretty sure there's more hints but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. I'll double check after I write this comment. But besides that I definitely agree with your list! Maybe I'm just holding up hope because it's the rerecord I've been the most excited for besides 1989.
