This was an open casting to the public, so for those of you wondering why we didn't have a Princess Tiana it's because no one volunteered. We found a black Prince, but after a month of planning/searching we didn't have anyone play the role of Tiana. Same with Sleeping Beauty (Aurora) and other supporting characters like Olaf, Governor Ratcliffe, etc.

i loved it that they mash up their disney song into the soundtrack shake it off, it sounds really good

I was 11 when this came out. My friends and I would watch it over and over again. We loved the mermaid who looked like Taylor Swift, and the music really appealed to us.
