I don't know where that real estate agent was getting $35 million from. I've looked at this house on Zillow over the years and it sold 3 years ago for $11,810,000 so unless property values tripled in the past 3 years, it's not gonna be 35m. Still a nice house though.

Needs to be redeveloped into a few homes. Right now it’s a very impressive community centre.

Interesting place. All the things they put in there, but they forgot the "Home"-Feeling. It looks to me like a clean rental/Airbnb Location. You can go there with a few friends and have some parties... but I wouldn't want to live there. It feels too cold.

Due to the elevation here in Las Vegas, many of us have our cacti wrapped for the winter. It can get cold enough to kill them especially if they are not fully established.

This is LV, the surroundings are not pleasant - desert, not cozy. The city has hardly any sidewalks. I understand that for some people there is a need for some kind of escape, perhaps for hiding. But LV as a place to live in itself is also totally artificial and off-putting. So why would anyone buy anything there? Not interesting regardless of the property.
