No, she doesn't "need" it, especially as she's gotten older. Her production team have used it in post to clean up a few errors on official releases, but no big deal. I don't know why people bang on about her mistakes all the time. She's a singer-songwriter not a virtuoso vocalist, but she still has a beautiful sounding voice and is a phenomenal musician.

I just cant hate her, she's so perfect

From a musical standpoint, Taylor has come a long way, in my opinion: her songwriting became better and more creative as she got older (although it still dealt with EXs. Lol), her voice DEFINITELY got better as she grew and the musical arrangements of the band were greater. The "Red" album was great, even if it had the non-country, pop singles like "22" and "I knew you were trouble". Although I am not a real big fan of the new pop Taylor, I can still appreciate and admire her past work, her live performances, the musician she is and will be and the person she is. Gotta give it to her, she knows what she is doing. People always bad mouth but the truth is, she is by far the most successful artist of the day. That's just a fact, not to mention she is absolutely gorgeous and sweet. I'm rooting for Taylor! i really hope she just stays true to herself and not sell out.

+Luis Juarez 1989 is her worst at songwriting to be honest, but the theme of it, and the feeling it can bring helpt it so much. Her Red album was the best in song writing, it was pure poetry, but the theme of it .. like it was so sad and heartbreaking and that's why it didn't got the attention that 1989 had. Anyway.. all of her albums are amazing, but the hate she got in last couple of years got into her so she decided to change her path for something more fun and alive, because most of the people around the world don't care about the lyrics and songwriting as her and her fans. don't get me wrong I love 1989 but for me I can have different opinion about the songwriting proses in each album of her's. 😊💟

She sounds pretty good here. Her voice sounds so much better on the RED album than 1989, the style just suits her voice better! The high-pitched pop-sounding voice on 1989 isn't so great in my opinion. Ironically her voice sounded the most beautiful for country even though she wasn't born with a southern accent.

In my opinion her style is still the same except it has improved. The only thing that has changed is the music behind her voice. She's incredible live still, and the style fits her voice greatly.

The re-recording will have the crystal clear electric guitar and I can’t wait
