Grandma dancing is a blue shirt. Blue shirt SAFE workers are ushers. Their job is just to make sure people aren’t jumping seats helping folks with disabilities. The security people are red shirt. So the blue shirts have a little more leeway to interact and make a fun experience for the crowd.
