Remastering videos takes a lot of work, but there are other options for that. First you need a good computer that has great performance as far as rams and graphics cards are concern. Then you need a type of software that converts videos that gives better results to higher quality. However this is as good as it gets when you convert an SD video with an HD video format. That's the point because SD videos can't be mastered unless you have a powerful editing tool like Adobe that sort of takes advantage of video quality. Hope this advise helps and good luck.

There are several softwares I use for this method. Basically, lets say I wanted to convert videos in different formats. In that case the best software would be using the HD Video Converter created by WonderFox. This is a simple tool that lets you choose any video you want to convert in any type of video format like MP4 or MOV for instance. But, lets said if I wanted to use an editing tool that can take advantage of the original video and make it more interesting like taking control of the visuals regarding video quality. That my friend would be using PowerDirector, Sony Vegas, or even Adobe Premiere Pro. (Your choice depending on computer performance.) It might require too much work using these products but at least this is necessary if you really want the true power of mastering videos. But like I said earlier, it takes a lot of work to get the job done.
