This is so incredible from every viewpoint. Taylor even considering to have another artist on her stage and completely take over is amazing. Hayley agreeing to sing for someone else's fans. I was there when Taylor debuted Tim McGraw. I was also there when Riot dropped. Now, at age 55, I've managed to turn my teenage daughters into Swifties and super fans of Paramore. Life is good. Ok, to begin with, these are two fantastic artists in their own right. Hayley has a crazy strong voice that suits her genre perfectly. Taylor also has a strong voice that suits the genres she works in. Let’s stop with the whole pitting two people who clearly have a mutual respect for each other, and who exist in the same industry peacefully, against each other by comparing their vocals on a song that was clearly written and produced for Hayley’s vocals.

@@andersonniu4800 not anymore really. They’re both pretty much around the same range now. Hayley even admitted that she lost her vocal power due to not using the right technique live. She can still sing really good, though, like Sudden Desire?!!! I LOVE THAT SONG. But it’s also true that Tay’s voice has improved a lot over the years, you should hear her songs like eyes open, especially live. She’s got a good range that words for the genre she does.

Yes, because of course people have to go out of their way to hate, even though this is Taylor's concert and she clearly invited Hayley. Honestly, if they're both having fun, I don't see what else matters. And it's stupid that anyone could think you can't be both a Taylor Swift fan and a Paramore fan. They're not like opposite ends of the spectrum or anything. I'm excited to see my two favourite female vocalists up there, and that's it.

kgzuig Exactly my point. And it's fine that you don't like Taylor, because I don't see you saying, "BOO TAYLOR SWIFT SUCKS HAYLEY WILLIAMS IS LIKE 1000000 TIMES BETTER THAN HER." There are just some people who literally go out of their way to hate, and I don't understand it at all.

Cat Tang i actually love paramore and i have nothing against taylor she is and awesome singer and songwriter and they are best friends so o dont see why people must hate when two people are having fun i mean god

The fact that Taylor is not only friends with Hayley and has an oddly similar singing voice to her, but is also good friends with Brendon Urie and has sung onstage with both of them (plus that one song she did with Brendon that made me embarrassed for liking either of them, so I try to forget it ever happened) really makes me hopeful that one day we'll get a really dark grungy Taylor Swift album where she just let's out all of her anger and frustration. That would probably turn about absolutely incredible!

This time was the height of Paramore’s fame and back in the day nobody expects Taylor and Hayley would sing on a stage together. This was a dream come true for a lot of Taylor and Hayley’s fans.

Hayley's personality is crushing. Damn.

I only came here because of Paramore (sorry Taylor)

Oh my god, I remember watching this when I was like thirteen and being like, "WOWWW, THEY'RE FRIENDS!!!" I thought I was such a weird teen girl for liking really feminine country music like Taylor's and also hardcore punk music like Paramore's. Which is why this moment was so groundbreaking to me. Even though I'm more of a Hayley Williams fan now and my Swiftie days are over, still cool to think that two artists with completely different styles can get up and do an awesome collab.

Taylor’s music feels similar in story to a lot of pars more songs “misery business” is a similar situation to “You belong with me”

Here we have two young, strong, and amazing women who love what they do and are supportive with each other.

I don’t even like Taylor Swift much, but this was awesome. It’s cool to see the way music brings people together sometimes. Different people, different genres, practically different worlds, and yet they share a similar enough talent to do a small collaboration performance. It’s just really cool

A lot of people bagging Taylor Swift for her lack of singing ability relative to Hayley Williams. Very little said about them probably being at the very least on good terms or friends for Taylor to invite her out, knowing that Hayley Williams is the more skillful singer. That not only takes some courage and humility but also I'd take a not so far leap and say that Hayley recognizes that, Taylor recognizes that and Hayley knows she recognizes that and respects her for inviting her out anyway. I'd also make the guesstimate that Hayley wouldn't appreciate the dissing of Taylor that so many are giving, implying or inferring her being that at the very least they're obviously on good terms, if not friends.

Hayley needs to give Taylor some head banging lessons

Both are amazing artists. Anyone saying Haley stole the show please take a moment, breathe, slap yourself, and keep reading.. it was meant to be Haley's moment, after all it is her song, she is a guest. Why would Taylor invite her and just sing her entire song for her? Any time Taylor invites one of her friends she let's them have the spotlight of course. It would be a dick move to do otherwise..
