Me too. I was with a guy older than me who absolutely shattered my entire world. He broke up with me a week before my 21st birthday. I’ll never forget going to the bathroom of the restaurant I was at with my friends and just sobbing uncontrollably. I was in so much pain. I just turned 25. I only recently let go of him. Like knowing that she was depressed on her tour just changes my entire view point of it now?? But also knowing that she has come back stronger with Travis and seems to be happy now is better for me. So I guess what I am trying to say is that its a different empathetic feeling? Maybe its because she's so famous and her songs connect with a lot of people. Part of what makes this work so well is Sadie has this "every woman" vibe about her. She could be your daughter, your little sister, your niece...even yourself at that age. Just very relatable and likable...hard to put my finger on it.

Sadie’s acting made my jaw drop, she sounds and acts so much like Taylor - it is impressive. Dylan has done an amazing job as well, he was really able to convey the idea of the guy Taylor was telling in her story. Perfect casting, perfect acting, perfect directing and obviously a perfect song. I am really thankful to Taylor for she shared such a masterpiece with us. She is a legend.

I’m not sure. I’m actually scared to watch the movie again.

I just watched this for the first time. I am a grown woman, and have been with the same guy for 23 years, but he wasn’t my first love. This film perfectly captures the feeling of having your heart shattered by a guy who you thought would never leave you. It brought back the hurt of young love. It’s amazing how it awakened in me those butterflies and all the pain that followed. Taylor Swift is a master at her craft. 🖤🎶

Taylor can actually direct a full length movie. This was enthralling. Amazing work from everyone involved.

Sadie's acting and her portrayal of sweet innocence and then her expression of heartbreak, her expression while alone at that party, looking at all the other women there, it was absolute perfection. She deserves an award for this role.

As much as it sucked for Taylor to lose her masters just like that, these re-recordings might be the best thing that happened to us. Reliving eras, getting new music, new details, even buying merch some of us didn’t have the chance to get before. Everytime she re-releases, I feel revived. I watch it begin again.
