If you find both mind numbing then you have no appreciation for martial arts and athleticism. Yes what he's doing is more exhibition and most of what he's doing would not work in a fight since hes just exhibiting but all the moves are there, just like in shadowboxing. Give him a bag and suddenly it isn't a show anymore, again, just like with shadowboxing. Can't believe I had to explain this.
