@@MrCelo-vb2bo Bo staff is used in karate. It's called Kobudo, which is from Okinawa. Kobudo has bo, tonfa, sai, nunchucks, eiku, and other traditional weapons like that. The bo, however, is much heavier than the kung fu bo. Taylor is using a much lighter bo because he is most likely performing kung fu. He is definitely not performing karate or Okinawan kobudo.

My thoughts exactly. Ive known this guy way before Twilight. When I did Karate, I used to go to XMA demos. Ive seen this guy up close (and as Sharkboy). Hes got legit skills. And if you didnt know already, he was trained by a Power Ranger (Mike Chat/Blue Lightspeed Ranger)

Taylor was so dangerously adorable when he was younger and he's face hasn't changed much at all only that he's gotten older and more buffer but he had muscles already from the extreme Marshal arts he did....in one of his late night show interviews he said "flips are easier to do than picking up the bow staff again!"

I love how everytime he stops spinning the staff he starts screaming and continues to spin it again

dude i cant believe how fast that kid could spin that staff

I competed at the tiger claw championship in San Jose for kung fu. Going again for the national one in June. Good job man. I'm not sure if ur staff is made of plastic or wood or metal, but mine is made out of staff and it's heavy so it's really hard to swing unless u are brave enough to hit yourself or u trained for power and the swings in the bo staff. Anyway, good job bro
