Ghusl or wudu or tayammum may be applied by a washer onto the invalid person no problem.

The same stone can be used. Many mosques in North Africa have a big smooth stone in a corner that can be used by one and all to that effect day after day.

I have a severe skin allergy because of which I am unable to perform abolution as my skin is allergic to water and it gets dry and some time blood comes out . Can i perform taimum using stone as it is easier to carry

Yes you can use tayammum and I encourage you to learn more about the details of purification in the Maliki madhhab.

My English is not very good so im not sure how to explain this. My body cant take water very good, my skin is very dry so if i want to wash my face 5 times a day, i get super dry lips and dry eyes and exceem, is this a valid reason to do woedoe with a stone instead of water.

This is a very nice suggestion but I didn't bring stone along with me. And now the hospital authorities would not let me bring it in. Everything I bring is checked and sterilised. Is there any other way I can do tayammum? I can walk, Alhamdulillah. Can I do tayamum touching the wall? Please guide me, I cannot use water neither use anything unclean like dust, soil because I am low on immunity and I am at risk for getting infections.

It is invalid if you have water that is available unless you have an ailment, such as a skin condition which water irritates like some desert people tend to have.

Assalamu 'alaykum This is not a valid way to perform tayammum, plus not every bedridden person can do tayammum.

The quran said wipe your face and hands. Not your arms and between fingers.islam is easy dont make it hard. Hadith that said wipe your arms til your elbow is not authentic but weak hadith

The Qur'an also said to wash the 'hands' for wudhu so why does everyone wash their arms ? The fingers are part of the hands, thats why they're being wiped.

"Yad" in Arabic is definable as "from the fingertips up to the wrist, or up to the elbow, or up to the shoulder" as established in the literature of lugha -lexicography, fiqh, usul, tafsir... Abu Hurayra used to wash up to his shoulders in wudu'. Yes Islam is easy but certain types of ignorance are considered inexcusable. This is why we are all obliged to consult people of learning about what we do not know or are unsure of.

This is according the the school of Imam Malik, who is literally from the Salaf. So, yes, it is from the way of the Salaf.
