Strange though, because in one of his interviews he said that he only started f/w Durk so he could rob rich niggas around him, that he didn't have any plans of being a rapper at all. Pac shot two off-duty cops who were harassing a Black driver in Oakland. He called out the BDs in Chicago onstage for killing Yummy Sandifer and fought the whole crowd. Von could never. All his aggression was based on ignorant self-destructive shit. Nothing real about that at all. Pac was raised by Black Panthers who fought the police and the whole state, who robbed armored trucks to fight for Black liberation, and he led his own New Afrikan Panther Party before he was 20. He was a revolutionary, his anger was righteous bc it came from love for his people and the poor. They do not compare on any level.

They used robberies of trucks and banks throughout the US to fund the underground revolutionary movement after the FBI and police suppressed the above-ground (legal) leadership of the Panthers and Republic of New Afrika. It was a tactic to subsidize an army, used by revolutionaries throughout history, had nothing to do with a "lick". Anyway, you were the one who responded to my point by equating "gangsta" with "real". I've seen a lot of people claim that Von was realer than Tupac, that he was the next Tupac, that Von was what Tupac wished he could be, etc. Most of them know almost nothing about Pac, who was more than just a rapper, and nothing about the people who inspired him (revolutionaries, not gang bosses).
